Cons:

La douche sale et les serviettes avec des taches
La femme de menage qui rentre sans frapper alors que l’on venait tout juste d’arriver dans notre chambre.ainsi que le changement de notre clef qui est restée sur la table du hall d’entrée donc n’importe qui aurait pu rentrer dans notre chambre pendant notre absence alors qu’il y avait nos affaires dedans.

They need to improve if they want to stay competitive in the market

Location was not that bad, easy to connect with different places
Great staff, they were somehow helpful
Clean and quiet room

Cons:

Payment method, paid online with Credit card but they told my family to pay in cash or leave the room. this was very poor experience. asked a friend to come there and pay with cash late (22H00)
WIFI connection was the worst in this century
