Rooms are pretty old and mine was a little smelly. It's either the ventilation or the furniture - I can't tell but it wasn't what you expect when you stay at Sheraton.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Shantou (Jun 2026).
The location is absolutely perfect. It sits in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, yet it is incredibly convenient. A popular shopping mall, a famous food street, and numerous local eateries are all within easy walking distance.
The breakfast buffet was a major highlight of our stay! They offer an amazing spread of both international dishes and authentic local specialties. It was fantastic being able to taste a wide variety of Shantou's famous local cuisine right inside the hotel.
The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Additionally, housekeeping did a phenomenal job—our room was properly maintained, spotless, and comfortable every day.

轉個彎走出去就是萬象城，位置鬧中取靜，酒店前還有個小公園，房間的浴室超大很棒
The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were great and the breakfast spread was adequate.
We were informed that it was a non smoking hotel. However as we stepped into our room, it smelt really strongly of cigarettes.
轉個彎就到熱鬧的地區，有萬象城，蘇寧廣場…
酒店對面還有個清幽的小公園
今次是第三次来喜来登酒店住宿，有回家的感覺。大部分人都還熟悉，此次特別要感謝的是前台的黃蘋小姐，办事認真效率好，23樓的紀琳容小姐，溫柔，細心，門前的小弟弟陈伟强熱情，勤快。還有餐廳的眾多員工都對我們很好。下次來還是首選喜来登！
對二樓中餐廳充滿斯待，可惜第一天到達酒店當晚六點多准備去晚膳，等了十多分鐘，整個餐廳一個人都沒有，只好作罷，改去萬象城潮府食飯。希望下次有機會能嘗試大廚的手藝。
