Pros:

今次是第三次来喜来登酒店住宿，有回家的感覺。大部分人都還熟悉，此次特別要感謝的是前台的黃蘋小姐，办事認真效率好，23樓的紀琳容小姐，溫柔，細心，門前的小弟弟陈伟强熱情，勤快。還有餐廳的眾多員工都對我們很好。下次來還是首選喜来登！

Cons:

對二樓中餐廳充滿斯待，可惜第一天到達酒店當晚六點多准備去晚膳，等了十多分鐘，整個餐廳一個人都沒有，只好作罷，改去萬象城潮府食飯。希望下次有機會能嘗試大廚的手藝。

Pros:

各方面都很好！比期待的更好。位置绝佳：走路到万象城三分钟，到龙眼南美食街十分钟。每天都在走路去吃好吃的。虽然是老酒店清洁度也很ok，服务很热心！

游泳池不能用有点可惜。

Ruined New Year's Eve due to Booking.com error and zero customer support.
Pros:

The hotel staff was professional and tried their best to resolve a critical reservation error caused by Booking.com.

Cons:

Booking.com failed to transmit my full 3-night reservation. Upon arrival on New Year's Eve with my wife and two young children, the hotel only had us in for 1 night. The most disgraceful part was the complete lack of customer support — I received zero response to my emergency messages during the entire crisis.
