Cons:

Privacy/noise issues for some lower-floor rooms

Categories

Cleanliness
9.4
No major cleanliness complaints in reviews; rooms and installations described as in perfect condition, only a minor note about changes in bathroom hygiene product brands (perceived downgrade) rather than cleanliness issues.
Service
9.7
Service repeatedly praised as attentive, differentiated and excellent; multiple mentions of very helpful staff, though one complaint about an unresolved parking compensation promise slightly lowers perfection.
Location
9.8
Location and sea views are frequently highlighted as extraordinary and a major positive factor for guests.
Room Quality
9.2
Rooms praised for size, design, heated bathroom floors and ocean views; a few mentions of minor issues (privacy for first-floor rooms, some supply shortcomings) reduce a perfect score slightly.
Amenities
8.7
Pool, gym and spa present and well-regarded overall, but guests note the spa/sauna and resting area are small, pool can be crowded with children, gym is somewhat small and spa temperature/offerings had some issues.
Value for Money
8.6
Several explicit value complaints: an overcharge/booking link error and perceived misleading handling by staff, plus comments that some amenities/products were downgraded — lowers perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast is repeatedly described as superb, very complete and a highlight; minor complaints about decline in some items (jams, coffee, lack of a specific salami) and small room for more minibar options.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive with many 'excellent' and 'increíble' stay reports; a few operational and amenity issues noted do not overturn the strong overall impression.

Adoramos
Pros:
