Pros:

There were remodeling an área of the hotel so this was a concern in the beginning, but they had it under control. Hotel is very elegant, clean and convenient. A little to expensive . Great Spa and facilities.

This Hotel Snob was very impressed
Pros:

The only downside was going during the offseason and the nightly rooftop bar was only open Thursday through Sunday, besides that the hotel staff truly lived up to its reputation of being a premium hotel. Everything from the from desk staff, the daily cleaning service, the concierge and the bartender were top notch.

Cobraron la estancia total al llegar al check in en vez de garantizar con una tarjeta de crédito y dar la flexibilidad de pagar al final el gran total con la tarjeta que se deseara. no hubo forma de hacerles cambiar de opinión.

El servicio es poco amable no solo respecto a un hotel de 5 estrellas sino respecto al Uruguay donde todo mundo es muy amable.

Very nice hotel

Overall, a very nice, high-end hotel. Breakfast was great, rooms very good, bedding was exceptional, friendly staff. The spa was a bit so-so (sauna was too cold) but overall a very good hotel.

Un lugar muy recomendable para descansar, comer rico y disfrutar de las instalaciones.
El personal sumamente amable y bien dispuesto. Usamos bicicletas que están en muy buen estado de mantenimiento.
