Pros:

My husband and I had an amazing time at Aloft in Oklahoma City, so much so that we booked another stay in Dallas. The rooms were cozy and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was cool.

The stay was Meh.
Pros:

Location was nice and easy to get around.

Cons:

The front desk guy was odd. I asked about parking and he went off about it. The bedroom was clean but the pillows smelled like smoke. The shower had no water pressure. The bed was semi comfortable.

Enjoyed the weekend after moving rooms
Pros:

We loved the room. And the staff was amazing.

Cons:

Hot water was awful. Had to switch rooms. All I wanted was to relax in the tub but couldn't because the water wouldn't get warm. Had to take cold shower before we moved rooms.

Enjoyable over ask but ever surprised at the terrible lighting and all the broken items.
Pros:

Love the location and the jacuzzi bath.

Cons:

Rooms are very dark. Not enough lighting. Many broken fixtures. The tub handle fell off when trying to start the tub, cracks in marble around sink, sink would not drain without removing plug, broken floor tile, broken toilet patter holder, cracks in walls.

Cons:

The shower had mold. Broken glass. No hot water and when we switched rooms the room was dirty. Shower wasn’t draining. We left and did not stay. Asked for a refund and still haven’t got anything.

Pros:

It was very clean and loved the decorum. The desk manager Nick was awesome. Went out his way to ensure my stay was pleasurable and comfortable. 10 stars for him definitely!!!!! Would stay again when visiting Oklahoma City.
