Beautiful hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel is stunning, it has a lovely pool, nice restaurants of different cuisines and the staff were really friendly. The pictures don’t the hotel justice! My friends and I would definitely return.

Cons:

The gym is currently being renovated but they have moved some of the equipment to another room for guests to use them there.

Был очень не печатный случай мы с женой отдыхали на трассе все было хорошо только когда просили счёт было 320 евро мы отдали 400 сидим ждём сдачи подходит официант и нам говорил что мы отдали только 250!!!! То есть мы не ждём сдачи а ещё должны заплатить это было очень ужасно наш вечер был испорчен реально
Мы конечно просили позвать администратора и ещё посмотреть камеры после этого они сказали извините может быть мы попутали счёт с другого стола
На следующей день на завтрак мы так поняли что они с иностранными которые заказывают алкоголь так делают и обманывают потому что на завтрак соседней стола были тоже иностранные был такой же случай. ТАК ЧТО БУДЕТЕ ОСТРОЖНЫИЕ

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce bel hôtel qui allie modernité et tradition marocaine. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de Sihem qui nous a très bien accueilli, et de l'ensemble du personnel aimable et toujours souriant.

Cons:

Pas assez de chaises hautes pour tous les bébé,en prévoir plus pour que tous les parents puissent profiter du magnifique buffet du petit déjeuner.

Good but with opportunities to Improve guests experience
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Sahrai had many positive aspects, although a few issues unfortunately affected the overall experience.

The team was very attentive on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to two suites next to each other, which made our family stay much more comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, with great views over Fez, and we spent a lot of time by the pool. We especially appreciated the fresh towels and fruit skewers offered in the afternoon. However, the pool itself could be better maintained, as leaves accumulate in the water throughout the day.

The location is great for the views, but definitely not for walking. The immediate surroundings feel quite intimidating and are not pedestrian-friendly, so in practice you need a taxi whenever you want to leave the hotel.

The food at Medusa is excellent — the pizzas are honestly better than many I have had in Italy, and the pasta is also very good. However, the service can be disorganised and inconsistent.

Finally, although late check-out was not possible, we were allowed to use the pool until departure and shower in the spa afterwards, which was very helpful and appreciated.

Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel with excellent food and some lovely touches, but the service and handling of the duplicate charge did not fully meet our expectations.

Cons:

I was also disappointed to discover only upon arrival that the spa is no longer associated with Givenchy, as this was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. This change should be communicated more clearly before booking, and I ultimately decided not to book any treatments.

Our biggest disappointment was being charged twice for the same lunch at Medusa after trying contactless and then chip payment. We reported it immediately, but four days later the amount had still not been returned. Despite our card statement clearly showing two identical transactions at the same time, we were repeatedly told that we had not been charged twice and that the second transaction would eventually disappear. Mistakes can happen, but we expected much more proactive handling from a hotel of this standard.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner avec plein de fruits, des viennoiseries, des saucisses…
Je conseille la demi pension car ce n’est pas un buffet mais un vrai restaurant, notamment le restaurant italien excellent, que ce soit pour l’escalope panée, les tagliatelles al ragu, les gnocchi.., et les desserts à tomber comme le baba sans rhum, le fondant au chocolat, le tiramisu.,.
La chambre bien entretenue et très agréable.
La piscine grande et surveillée, avec toujours un transat disponible pour les clients desserts l’hôtel.
Le personnel très agréable et disponible.

Cons:

Le quartier où se situe l’hôtel, sale et un peu abandonné.
Le prix délirant de la course (taxi ou navette) pour aller à l aéroport, 450 dirhams, alors que c’était 150 à l’aller.
Une véritable arnaque !

Pros:

L’accueil, le personnel de l’hôtel dans son ensemble, la chambre était super et le cadre est dépaysant pour un bon moment de détente et de repos.

Heerlijk verblijf in Fes.
Pros:

Fantastische en professionele ontvangst door Siham. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en vervanging van de handdoeken in de badkamer. Koekjes en fruit aanwezig. Kortom: heerlijk en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Al zijn wij hier al meerdere keren geweest voor overnachting en spa faciliteiten.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Sahrai. We were a group of 30. The hotel Management and staff went above and beyond. The pool staff, restaurant staff, porters, cleaners, reception staff, all were amazing and were so accommodating to our large group. This hotel is definitely 5* and above. I would like to give a special mention to Siham (Reception), honestly she made our trip so easy for us and helped us with all our needs including, tours, taxis etc. She even remembered most of the children’s names in the group and made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be coming again to this hotel in the near future. Thank you to everyone for giving us a memorable experience, forever grateful.
