Matras vonden wij te hard maar wat tegen viel, was dat je tot 10.00 kon ontbijten.
Je bent op vakantie moet je vroeg opstaan om te ontbijten.

La qualité des prestations proposées par l'hôtel - Cocktail de bienvenue, petit déjeuner frais copieux et très varié, la piscine magnifique avec vue sur la Médina de Fès. Anas le maître nageur a été bienveillant et au ptits soins pour tous les clients.
La qualité de l'acceuil de tout de le staff de l'hôtel, en particulier un grand merci à Nabil et son équipe, Madiha, Achraf, Omar et Sihem.

Fabulous, relaxing stay in a beautiful luxurious hotel
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel with gorgeous views to the Medina and old city. The amenities were terrific, throughly enjoyed the spa.
All the staff were attentive and helpful. The Front Office Manager Nabil was especially helpful and provided great recommendations to Fes.
The room was luxurious, well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was expansive offering a great selection of hot and cold food.
