A lovely hotel - just a couple of changes to make it perfect!
Pros:

It was central, so very easy to get around Lisbon. The breakfasts were excellent and the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The pool is lovely - I had it to myself most days.

Cons:

The pillows were far too soft and despite asking for firmer ones, the replacements were no better. Additionally, the room lighting was a bit weird.

Pour un séjour réussi à Lisbonne
Pros:

Bel hôtel, bien situé à proximité de la station de Métro Marquês de Pombal.
Excellent petit-déjeuner avec un personnel aux petits soins
Ensemble des Personnels( Accueil, Service, Ménage) très professionnels et chaleureux.
Lits douillets
Petite salle de sport bien équipée

Cons:

Malgré une douche fermée, l'essentiel de la salle de bains était ouverte sur la chambre. Manque d'intimité. Certains petits équipements sont usés et doivent être changés.

The whole experience was FIRST CLASS.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic.
Staff, from reception to waiting staff and housekeeping were so attentive and really friendly.
The whole building, rooms are spa/pool we’re 5*.

Cons:

Nothing, except we were sad to leave.

A very good hotel in a quiet yet central neighbourhood
Pros:

Ver nice hotel just off the big avenue so no noise. Room was big and beds very comfortable.

Cons:

I asked reception for a restaurant suggestion and they gave me a not vey good one tha I had passed by and looked terrible. They should have a list of options if there is no concierge that guests can peruse.
