Great stay but needs improvement on breakfast readiness.
Pros:

Rooms were extremely comfortable and pool/hot tub was fabulous.

Cons:

Breakfast was lacking. Food was empty in the containers, no waffles, sausage biscuits sandwich and empty coffee. Eggs felt like few days old. We attempted to get breakfast at 7:20am. So, it wasn't like they were out of food.

Horrible experience.
Pros:

They refused to let me stay there after asking why I was being charged twice.
By booking.com, I was charged.
They said booking didn't pay them and made me pay again.
I need my refund from booking.
I was not allowed to stay there, and they said locals aren't allowed there.

Cons:

They refused to let me stay.
Were rude to me when I asked why I was being charged twice charged twice.
Threw me out and said get out when I asked who the owner of the hotel is?
I alerted my bank, but have not received my refund

It worked for what we needed. Complementary breakfast was adequate

Pros:

The people who worked there were exceptional and helpful. Being put on the third floor as a 64 year old with tons of baggage sucked, the ice maker was broken on the third floor, and the breakfast was all sugar and not healthy food. Otherwise, it was fine:)
