Pros:

The people who worked there were exceptional and helpful. Being put on the third floor as a 64 year old with tons of baggage sucked, the ice maker was broken on the third floor, and the breakfast was all sugar and not healthy food. Otherwise, it was fine:)

Pros:

This was the perfect hotel for our family after a long day on the road from Albuquerque. We were only passing through Alamosa on our way to the Great Sand Dunes but I would have enjoyed staying another night or two at this location. The rooms were spacious and everything was very clean, including the laundry and common areas. The staff was professional and very courteous.

Pros:

Booked thru Hotels.com but also was charged direct from Fairfield. When charge appeared on my CC statement it took numerous calls to get the right person to reverse the duplicate charge from my CC.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre spacieuse, propre et la literie condortable.
Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge ce qui peut être pratique.
En revanche la piscine est beaucoup plus petite que ce qu’il n’y parait sur les photos et le petit déjeuner a le minimum mais je trouve que pour un hôtel de cette gamme il pourrait mettre plus de choses comme des oeufs, du bacon, du pain et plus de fruits frais. Et aussi avoir une machine à café qui propose autre chose que du regular.
