Vivek the Receptionist during check in was excellent and very helpful. House keeping very courteous and friendly.
Breakfast is outstanding with variety foods selection and excellent service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place hotel. I highly recommend for the value. I will consider to stay at Haytt Place Al Rigga.

Good excellent hotel I always stay in this hotel when I come Dubai but this time they gave me king bed attached two single bed which caused my wife pain as in middle always a gap in which she was uncomfortable middle of night . I ask hotel to change the room and every time they say next day they will at noon but they never did . Breakfast good and hotel good .

Food quality is not good and yesterday on 23-07-2025 they took the food back before we eats . Really didn't like the food and service

The hospitality and service provided by Sajad were outstanding, and the food prepared by Amrit was excellent. Additionally, Lhaden Bhutia also delivered exceptional hospitality and service. I would highly recommend Hyatt Place Hotel to my friends and relatives visiting Dubai.

I went for training of Emirates Islamic bank and its hosted by Hyatt place, Rigga. The service from Mr. Sajjad was really great and food was excellent special thanks to Mr. Amrit for food. All the staff were very polite and very helpfull. Planning to visit with family next time.

The staff was very unfriendly specially the manager name Ajay was very rude. I asked to switch my breakfast to the Iftar the way he denied it and the way he was rude absolutely not recommending this place

Lovely comfy beds and the most powerful shower!
Breakfast was disappointing, not much western food choice available! Could also smell cigarette smoke near the reception lift area.
Breakfast staff very attentive.
Would not stay again.
