My hubby and I like this hotel very much overall and will always be back when I visit Shenzhen again although the hotel
Pros:

I stayed 5.5 nights in this hotel. Location is very good, walking distance to Dongmen shopping street with many malls and eateries. We could go many rounds of shopping and carry out heavy bags back to hotel and rest easily. Metro is just beside the hotel. It is on line 1 which is green line and this line has many great shopping malls. Aircon in the room is great although the summer weather is so hot outside. Staff are all very helpful and friendly especially hotel lobby staff. They can speak some English. Housekeeping is very good. I didn't give tips first day but gave tips subsequent days. Standard of housekeeping is still consistently good. It's green so if you need to change stuffs, please ask them. Breakfast buffet is not much variety but sufficient. They rotate some food slightly.

Cons:

Hotel buffet indoor seats are always full, even spill over to bar counter seats. Breakfast is from 7-10am. I was there on 5 days around 8.30am but it is always full. Not sure if there can be more seats as the area is rather small. But I still managed to get a seat.

Because of the way the road is, Didi driver always miss the hotel entrance although my gps is at the hotel. Hotel entrance is inconspicuous and small. You gotta look carefully if you're first time here. The staff at this L1 lobby is only selectively helpful to some guests. I was here 5 days calling 4x didi and he only helped me once to check on my Didi car's arrival. Young guy especially like to be talking on hp with his frds, I could see him face time with his frd while waiting for my didi.

Fabulous introduction to Shenzhen.
Pros:

Location was perfect for short stays as it is next to a big shopping mall and very close to vibrant street food scene, combination of ultra modern and traditional . The staffs were amazingly helpful.

Cons:

Internet wasn’t very strong.
