Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de kamers waren heel ruim.

Cons:

De eetzaal/ontbijtzaal was klein. We moesten vaak wel 10 min wachten op een tafel.

Recommended hotel, very near to metro and shopping mall
Pros:

Location is just outside the metro Laojie Station Exit H. There is no lift and escalator down. We were travelling from Hongkong using the High Speed Train from Futian Station, the signs inside the same underground complex to Shenzhen Metro Line 3 (Blue Line). Ride for 5 stops and alight at Laojie Station.
The place around the hotel, is very busy and lively. However, for Muslims, not much food available at the area. But going out for halal food using the Didi is cheap and fast. Overall, the hotel is very clean and safe. There is also a free laundry near the Fitness area

Cons:

When we arrive, the room that we booked were not ready and the front desk had offered an upgrade for extra SG$25. We agreed because we were tired, but discovered that the room is the same type that we initially booked! only slightly bigger because of the front entrance which is useless.

Awesome stay
Pros:

The room was clean, and location was great. Close to all the shopping and street foods. Would like to thank the reception staff Ross and Yanice for accommodating our requests and the Resturant staff in particular Ceceliy (I hope I spelled her name correctly). I didn't get the name of the Housekeeping assigned on the 8th floor on the 10 Aug onwards but I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit SZ in the future.

Enjoy a short distance the Luohu shopping district
Pros:

Helpful and positive front staff. Room cleaning was accurate so many thanks to the tireless dedication of the cleaning staff in ensuring that room were cared for. Breakfast offered an extensive array of dishes that covers western and Asian food cuisine preferences. Wonderful help from the men on ground floor in ensuring that foreigners confirmed their next destination points with the local taxis.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously
Pros:

Wow....breakfast was excellent. Not a huge spread but food quality is good. I cannot remember the lady's name at the reception but she was really helpful in tracking my delivery for me. Overall satisfied
