Great hotel! Really cool historical elements. Staff was fantastic and all very friendly. Michael G was our favorite though!!
Many Good choices to make
1- Fridge unplugged or not working. Had to call d
2- Had to request a microwave (depending on availability)!
3- Bathroom and bed sheets not so cz
1- More Care when getting a room ready for a guest.
2- U guys charge an arm and a leg per night, have a decent fridge (no a cooler) and microwave in each room. Holiday Inn Express does that and their charges about 60% of Renaissance charges!
3- How about lowering your fees for Valet or have a cheaper self park! It is funny that I parked in the self park garage next to Renaissance for 1/3 of Renaissance Valet!
Hotel was absolutely stunning. Clean, and modern rooms. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for date nite.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance to 16th st mall & The Denver Performing Arts. The rooms are spacious & comfortable! There’s a public parking garage next door in case you don’t want to pay $67 a night for valet parking.

Ruben and Michael G are fantastic. First touch points for my experience. They always have a smile on their face. They are super helpful very kind and help me navigate around a complex city.
Mike S and Mike G define epitome of what great service should be for valet service. Made me feel like VIP in celebrating my 60th birthday. Both authentically friendly and professional, make me feel like I’ve known them my whole life. They are an accurate representation of the ethos of this property when you first meet them on arrival.
We stayed at the Renaissance for a concert at Mile High. The stay was good but the valet service was fantastic! Getting in and out daily to see Rocky Mountain National Park, etc was a breeze. Michael G the valet guy really made the whole stay. He's very friendly, efficient, and even had a couple jokes too! 10 out of 10 would recommend this hotel just from the valet experience.
