A perfect hotel to stay for a few nights
Pros:

The location is perfect to go to the Denver Performing Arts and many restaurants.
The room is very comfortable.
There’s a covered parking garage right next door to the hotel, overall a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Pros:

The building is absolutely gorgeous! They have so much history about how it used to be a bank and they even have old vaults set up as meeting rooms. The lobby is breathtaking and they have the original murals on the walls. My boyfriend and I went for our 1 year anniversary and the staff were so nice and gave us free drinks and free access to the lounge. I was able to add late check out for only $50 extra and it was definitely worth it. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Denver. It’s right next to downtown and it’s so easy to get around and there’s tons to do within walking distance of the hotel!

Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

The property was unique. It was an old bank. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean..

Cons:

To accommodate an early check in they gave us a room with a view of the boilers. It was the only room with that view. However, the staff did let me know this at the time.

A great hotel for a short stay in Denver
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location walking distance to the Denver Performing Arts, 16th st, Denver Art Museum and many restaurants. There’s a parking garage next door to the hotel so you don’t have to valet your car. The rooms are comfortable.

GREAT!!!
Pros:

The experience from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic! Lovely establishment with an even lovelier crew. They welcomed us at 7:00AM the day of with very little notice. The staff gave us great recommendations to see downtown Denver. Would definitely stay here again if back in Denver!

Great Experience
Pros:

We spent Thanksgiving week at this hotel. I have to say it was an absolutely fabulous experience. We were treated in a first class manner from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was fantastic. I won't be able to mention everyone but Mike and Marquise at the valet station were particularly helpful. The two bartenders we saw the most at the lobby bar, Trey and Maggie were particularly engaging. We stayed in a suite, the value was outstanding and the room was very comfortable. I could not recommend the hotel any higher.

Going Beyondthe Call of Duty
Pros:

We have nothing but praise for this outstanding hotel. In particular, we had a "going on beyond the call of duty" experience. Alyna Heard offered her skilled assistance regarding a problem I had with printing an important document. She was able to spend about 15 minutes diving into my issue and came up with just the right solution! Clearly this was beyond what was expected, she help with cheerfulness and technical acumen. Thanks to her, our stay was made even more remarkable!
