Pros:

Very clean, nice location to all things DTLA, comfy beds and amenities

Cons:

Parking is horrendous, they force a $50 valet service per day on you, no self parking, staff could be more hospitable.

Loved it. If visiting LA I will pick the same place to stay
Pros:

I liked the idea of $15 credit for breakfast. The Capiccino croissant was very good. Many hotels charge $100 /day for breakfast, and I love your system. Quality breakfast at a reasonable rate.

Cons:

Wish there were a Microwave in the room.

They charge me twice, but it was easily solved thru phone call.

Booking had some promotions that were not available but when we asked they made them valid for us.
