The reception is open from 06:30 until 22:00. Please contact the property in advance if you expect to arrive after 18:00 to arrange check-in.

Please note there are only a limited number of free parking spaces available at the hotel. However, guests receive a discount at the Merkur-Parkhaus car park at Augsburger Tor Platz, 984 feet away (reservations not possible). Street parking on Maximilianstraße and on Augsburger Straße is free from 20:00 to 09:00.

Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Insgesamt gesehen ist das Hotel ideal für einen Kurzbesuch in Ulm/Neu-Ulm geeignet. Das Hotel befindet sich in Neu-Ulm, nur ein kurzer Fußweg über die Mosel und man ist zentral in der Altstadt von Ulm ganz in der Nähe des Münsters oder auch in anderer Richtung nicht weit von dem Bahnhof in Neu-Ulm. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück haben wir nicht gehabt, da es für 15€ p.P. unser Budget sprengte.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Klimaanlage und Fenster zum öffnen vorhanden. Das fensterlose Bad ist ausreichend groß.
Für jeden gab es eine kleine Flasche kostenloses Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer.
Im Eingangsbereich des Hotels gibt es eine Bar und mehrere Automaten mit Getränken und Knabereien.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas hart, aber für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Es gibt leider keine Tee-/Kaffeebar auf dem Zimmer.

Nice family room with plenty of space.
Pros:

Friendly personell. Very nice breakfast, also a gluten free one.

Cons:

Carpet in the room. I prefer wood ( hygiene).

Pros:

Super Zimmer und sauberkeit

Cons:

1 gratisgetränk war schon geöffnet,im Gang im Wertebereich hat es eine Versammlung gegeben die die halbe Nacht Lärm gemacht hat,man hat es bis ins Zimmer gehört.

Morgenbüffet mit guter Auswahl
Bushaltestelle in der Nähe
Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, gerne wieder mal.
Hotel ist perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
