The location is strategic, close to the mall, the rooms are nice and clean. A pleasant experience
I am more than satisfied with everything and always enjoy coming back! All the staff were always very friendly, polite, and courteous! I can only recommend it.
Location, apartment and staff
Been living here since 2019 — that alone should say something.
The staff and security are genuinely excellent. Packages, food deliveries, everything handled and brought straight to your door. Consistent, no hassle. The facilities do the job, and being connected directly to Lotte Avenue is quietly one of the best perks — nothing flashy, but everything you need without leaving the building.
Two things that need fixing, and I mean actually fixing:
• The tennis court. Sort it out. The mixed tennis and pickleball line markings are a mess — confusing to play on, and frankly, nobody’s playing pickleball anyway.
• The basketball court needs to be a basketball court. Mixed court markings again. Just pick one.
Seven years in and still happy here. But clean up the courts please — it’s not a big ask.
The 3 bedroom apartment is really great for families

2- موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب منه مجمع مطاعم ومولات كثيره .كم انه ملاصق لمول كبير .
3- تم الطلب منهم تمديد الاقامه لعدة ساعات وتمت الموافقه فورا ..ولهم جزيل الشكر .
4-ساعتمد هذا الفندق في سفراتي القادمه .
