We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday and had a lovely time during our stay at Ascott Kuningan. We received a warmest welcome and birthday wishes from Dea & Ara. Overall all staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We will definitely come back!. Thank you.

ロッテモールの中にあり、地下にはスーパーや飲食店が多数ある為、飲食には困らなかった。
また、部屋には乾燥機能付き洗濯機やキッチンもある為、長期滞在には最適な環境でした。

I stayed in the one bedroom suite for 3 nights, it was amazingly huge. The staff was really helpful as I had a medical situation. They helped me to find the right clinic and booked and appointment. They really care for their guest!

I have made request for balcony room when i received email form Hotel. However, when i check in, no balcony room is available for me. I would appreciate if hotel can send me reply if they couldn't made the reservation for me, otherwise , what is the purpose of sending email and asking guest for special arrangement

Spacious rooms and very nice and quiet. Room feels a bit dated , but might be just me feeling local style is dated…

Excellent hotel and amazing staff!!

Very nice and clean property with top notch service staffs. Great amenities and location to Lotte Mall.

However breakfast spread is not much choices compare to other hotels. But the food quality is good which covers the shortfall of choices.

Another negative comments is the staffs doesn't know how to operate the washer in the room, perhaps need more training to the housekeeping team

I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. and peers.

Good workers

After many times of saying in Ascott, now again for 2 nights, somehow it was disappointing.
The staff was friendly as usual, no complain. But the facilities and Interieur seem not to be maintained well anymore.
The clothes drying rack was brocke at all 4 fixing points, so it was hard to dry the clothes, because it felt down several times.
The shower head was falling down during showering, since it doesn't fit with the holder.
The toilet sea was loose, so it moved an slipped from the toilet.
Breakfast was disappointing, less choices, especially for non-meat eaters. No fish offered, industrial cheese, only 1 sort, and just steamed vegetables as meal, beside sausages ans meat.
In the gym there's a rule that wearing shoes is mandatory, but not in the gymnastics room next to, actually it's 1 room separated with glas and door.
Why, is a miracle. However, the staff lectured my husband, a competitive athlete, in front of 4 other guests like a little boy, to wear shoes. Strange.
So there is space for improvement and we'll choose Oakwood instead for a while, until we give Ascott another chance.

Nugi was a brilliant staff who helped us wonderfully

룸 정비도 잠깐 비운 사이에 잘 정리해주셨음
화장실은 물때가 심하게 끼어있고 샤워기 헤드가 더러웠었는데 이 점만 깨끗하게 유지 된다면 만족도가 향상될 것임

Location is ideal if you work around the area

i'm SO glad i chose this hotel for Jakarta. the 3 bedroom place was really great, great condition, clean and comfortable. with children the pool, indoor playroom and outdoor playground was exactly what we needed, also connected to lotte mall with a huge indoor playground. food was easily accessible with many restaurants at the mall and grocery store too. we also went for an art class in the mall and enjoyed ourselves. cherry on top when we left and reception gave us a little soft toy gift, our little girl was over the moon. thank you so much Ascott!!

Old hotel in bad need of an update. Things are clean, but aged and tired. Photos on the application do not match reality at the hotel. Disappointing.
