We came, had a blast, accommodations were excellent, so much fun.
Pros:

This trip was to connect with my sibling for our birthdays. The room itself was more than expected. We had a little incident where the gabage disposal leaking, reported, and within hours was fixed. There was a bit of language barrier but in the end the gentleman was able to complete the task within 15 min. The staff were professional, kind and attentive upon check-in.. Breakfast was great and staff were there to resupply when needed. We all had a great time so much fun. The staff we encountered were helpful (once again language barrier) and friendly.

A perfect location for a family with young kids.
Pros:

Very good value. We loved all the little details that made an excellent stay: free water bottles during our stay, free coffee/tea in the room as well as in the lobby, enough personal care products for the entire family for the weekend, the spacious room and comfortable bed, the pool, jacuzzi as well as the basketball court right outside the hotel for our kids. We loved also the breakfast that had a variety of choice to satisfy everybody, including lactose free milk.

Awesome staff and breakfast :)
Pros:

Breakfast was hearty and very enjoyable. Lots of good hot and cold options, including delicious mini quiches and hot breakfast sandwiches, in addition to the usual scrambled eggs, sausages, and a waffle maker. Even the muffins and breads seemed elevated compared to the breakfasts we’ve had at other hotels.

The staff were all wonderful: friendly, kind, and attentive. They definitely stood out for the overall warmth the exuded. They were friendly to our kids, and the kind man at the front desk provided quick assistance when my toddler spilled her water in the lounge.

Nice Valentine's weekend stay
Pros:

Everything was great nice room close to the pool/spa

Cons:

I was charged twice for the stay. Once by booking.com and once by the hotel. Had to go back to get a refund
