1 Star Hotel at 5 Star price
Pros:

In a nutshell, this hotel was no better than a two star hotel but at the price of a five star hotel. There were so many terrible things about this hotel: dirty sheets upon arrival (tons of sand and hair in the bed), a soiled and dirty rug, dirty walls, areas that had not been dusted in years, a very dark half of the room due to inadequate lighting, no drawers for storing clothes (except for two tiny shoebox drawers inside the closet), extremely loud, banging music from a wedding that kept us awake for hours, a small window overlooking an abandoned dusty construction site (and no balcony even at the high price), and non-working equipment like a lamp and blow dryer. And, when they replaced the tiny lamp, it provided very little light. The shower water was scorching hot for a minute or so, followed by lukewarm water.

The engineer who replaced the lamp was drenched in cologne, and after he left, our room smelled terribly of it for some time. Unfortunately, the window could not be opened and there was no balcony door to open to air it out.

Not only should these problems not existed, but there should have been amenities like spring water, (not the hotels branded bottles that contained only unfiltered tap water), robes, and food delivered to your room in take out boxes made of toxic plastic, especially toxic for the hot breakfast my cousin in another room ordered. Even containers for in room coffee, tea and water were made of plastic coated cups. I mean really, even a moderately priced hotel provides real table ware in the room and at the free breakfast dining room.

Then, having to pay resort fees, ridiculously high fees for parking or valet (which were quoted at the time of reservation as half the actual fees), and other miscellaneous fees all on top of the most expensive hotel rate in the Jupiter area was absurd.

Please know that I am not a complainer which my review might suggest, and that I have not exaggerated. Anyone else would have felt the same terribly negative experience.

This hotel chain is clearly mismanaged. We will NEVER stay at another Wyndham hotel. It nearly ruined our trip.

My Favorite Place
Pros:

Ten years running as our go-to spot. Great staff, always a pleasure. This is our preferred destination twice a year, in February and November.

Disappointing
Pros:

Needs updating. Bathroom needs a refresh. Chipped paint. Mold in shower.

Carpet filthy. My white socks turned gray after walking around the room.

Room smells musty, but is sprayed with a “freshener” to hide the staleness.

Definitely an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Sharelle is a Gem!
Pros:

We were greeted by the happiest woman at the Front desk named Sharelle. She overflows with warm hospitality, and treats guest like they were family in her home, very accomodating to our needs. She made the stay fabulkous and so we went back with our family this month. The entire staff is very proffesional and attentive. It will become our go to way staying in Jupiter.

Save your money
Pros:

The rooms were not what we expected. They felt like someone added a bed and a desk to a conference room.
The front staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed to help us.
We had to wait over 30 minutes for a Bellman the day we were checking out. Our room was not cleaned until 7 PM on the second day of our trip.
The ice maker on our floor didnt work. The blanket on the bed was thin, and couldn't even be considered a comforter.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed in the entire experience.
Such a shame for the prices you are charging.
I dont ever feel called to write negative reviews, but the list of things was just too long not to share.

Very nice stay, helpful employees, beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel but it is very large. Multiple restaurants in the hotel and across the street to choose from. Nice facility

Cons:

Very nice hotel. Starting to show a few signs of use in things like upholstery. The hotel is very large and is comprised of 2 buildings. My room was at the far end of the south building and the walk to the lobby and front door in the north building was quite long and involved taking 2 different elevators.

Luxurious digs set among high-end restaurants and shops, with facilities, making it ideal for conferences and large gath
Pros:

Spacious, well appointed, luxurious, and decked out for the holidays in a humorous send up of a ski scene. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and pool facilities. decent gym, but on the small side.

Cons:

Setting and location didn’t really work for a resort or for being seaside which it really isn’t. Very spread out arrangement in what comes off like a luxury version of a shopping mall where one could perhaps find what one is looking to buy, but really never affords a sense of being in any kind of a natural setting. Difficult for anyone with mobility problems. Not walkable for much. With such a commitment to being car, dependent and set in the middle of a bunch of chain, shops and restaurants, they really need a concierge. But there wasn’t one.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Exceptional Stay
Pros:

Wyndham Grand Jupiter is truly spectacular. The property is beautifully placed among luxury shops and great restaurants, and the holiday décor made the whole place feel magical. The bar was stunning with adorable seasonal drinks and tasty small bites—the s’mores cocktail was my favorite!

The cleanliness was outstanding; every time I returned to my room it was refreshed with clean towels and a perfectly made bed. The staff throughout the hotel were warm and hardworking, and the valet service was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel!
