De hygiene was abominabel. Vieze gootsteen op de kamer. Vieze stoelen overal. Geen airco in de gym. Hotel heeft betere tijden gekend.

Unimpressed in San angeli
Pros:

Kinda odd how you get there by directions but driveway is not very friendly for low cars everything looked worn-out counters doors door dings on walls stains on dresser Lil lamp on desk had rust on it the window shades would not fully close that in it self was very disturbing when changing especially on ground floor. Even though I got clean towels and they cleaned the restroom they never mad the bed. Very strange 🤔

Pros:

I'm hoping I remember her name correctly, Elizabeth? She served breakfast, and she was wonderful! She helped make it worthwhile.

Cons:

My sister and I got in our room, she and I agreed that it looked like someone already sat on her bed that she chose, she pulled off the bedding to expose to look at the bottom sheet, there was long black hair. And prior had to wait about an hour before our room was available...then for the house keeper to change my sister's bed.😔

The T.V. didn't work. I suppose I really didn't need to watch anything anyway. Yall need more exits at the end of each floor

Our stay is always enjoyable and decent.
Pros:

We enjoy how generally clean and welcoming the facility is.

Cons:

The chair in the room (216) was completely gross and dirty. The shower had no non-slip mat and no handles, I almost slipped and fell, and the bed was hard as a rock.
