Expected a lot more facility was twice price as where i usually stay and not any nicer

A lot of hair in sheets of one bed. Possibly from a pet. Bathroom had mold around tub/shower area

Pros:

The lobby and my room were perfectly maintained and very clean. I especially appreciated the breakfast service; the food was excellent, and staff were proactive about replenishing items before they ran out, so I never had to ask for assistance.

Cons:

While the breakfast itself was fine, the dining area became significantly crowded around 9:00 AM. Because it was difficult to find a table and the service window was ending soon, we felt rushed and ultimately ended up taking our food back to our room. That's no fault of the hotel, had I known it was this crowded, I would have started breakfast earlier to avoid the crowd.

Cons:

Unable to get breakfast due to food being gone every time I went to get some, tried numerous times before it ended and could not get any. pillows are very uncomfortable. Lifted up bed skirts and food was along bed frame. Dirty. Loud people above room.
