Exquisite!

Terrible experience!!!

Cons:

We were denied entry to the property because were arrived on a motorcycle. Nowhere on Booking.com was it shown that a motorcycle was not permitted. Refund for the stay was also denied and we were not allowed to see the manager.

Beautiful Rooms and Friendly staff.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at Magalies Park several times before, which is why this visit was disappointing. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and the room was beautiful. Unfortunately the service is not great. Had to wait nearly two hours for maintenance to come and assist, terrible water pressure in the shower and unfortunately from a few of the restaurant staff gave very slow service. Reception hardly ever answered the phone when you call for assistance.
