Not happy about paying for a room with no heat in January

Breakfast was pretty good

Cons:

The heat in the suit stopped working about 9pm on our second night. It’s mid January and the fan was blowing unheated air in the room. The clerk was nice and brought extra blankets but she could only stop the fan not start the heat. Kids were already asleep so we didn’t want to pack and move rooms. It got cold. I’d expect more than a sorry about that.
