La habitación era super amplia y tenía mucho espacio y el baño también.
El personal muy amable y el desayuno también era completo.

El servicio no me gustó son poco amables y pedí unas mancuernas en la recepción para hacer ejercicios ya que el Gim estaba en reparación. Y nunca me las dieron ni siquiera una respuesta.Deberían ser mas amables con los clientes y sobre todo con los habituales para que no lo pierdan

O quarto que nos deram tinha um cheiro de mofo terrível, meu filho que tem rinite ficou ruim, fui falar com o recepcionista, não sei se era gerente, mas foi o que tomou a frente da reclamação, disse inicialmente que não poderia trocar de quarto, eu disse que não poderíamos ficar ali por motivo de saúde e se não trocasse procuraríamos outrto hotel. Então, com muita má vontade ele nos levou a outro quarto, dessa vez sem cheiro de mofo. Nesse outro quarto nossa experiência foi boa no hotel.

La habitación cómoda

Cons:

El desayuno muy pobre.. no es buffet debido a que los empleados escogen la comida y la cantidad por ti.. por otro lado no existe parqueadero porque el ingreso al edificio debe ser con valet parking y ellos dañan los vehículos por el afán de ingreso
