Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The food was pretty bad
This hotel is always clean, and the staff is very nice. We’ve stayed here multiple times over this last year. It’s really convenient to get to places in and around St. Louis, and is close to some great stores! Will be back again next month.
Convenient location, great amenities
We loved the great location, the cleanliness of the property and room, and the included breakfast and happy hour foods. Loved the evening happy hour staff.
The morning breakfast staff is totally unprofessional. I heard one of the main ladies telling other staff in the kitchen how much she hates the breakfast customers. I witnessed her going around trying to take people's plates who were still eating and rightfully wanted to finish their food. This made her angry and she stormed into the itched in a tirade. She routinely slammed the dishes around on top of the counter and underneath making excessive noise, took the food away early and was totally unfriendly. I would've expected to be fired for being so unprofessional in front of and to customers. I loved staying here except for the drama ensuing every morning's super rush to take away the food. I'd much rather stay somewhere else where they at least leave the food until at least 5 after closing time as other places I've stayed certainly do. To make my point, I had an English Muffin in the toaster that I was coming for and instead of letting me have it, the staff snatched it out of the toaster and threw it in her bus-tub as I was coming to get it a minute late.
Rooms need updating. No bottled water in the room. Place of refrigerator is dangerous. Bed and pillows look good but are not comfortable. Breakfast was good except for the “eggs” which were something other than eggs. Happy hour in the evenings was well done.
Fantastic stay, every employee was a 10. Rooms were spacious, ultra clean and staff members were professional and friendly and helpful.
Clean, close, and available
Its minor, but my curtain wouldn't close all the way. The light kept shining in. Again nothing major.
Convenient
Parking…handicapped and had no choice… had to go to garage.
No walk in shower which was needed I requested at checkin and was told there was. It was a run to step in for the shower.
