A relaxing, family-friendly stay with wonderful Staff like Katie and a perfect Noosaville location.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location for exploring Noosaville and nearby areas with my children. The facilities were okay, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to Katie, who was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. She gave us lovely suggestions for places to eat and activities to do with the kids nearby, which made our trip extra special and stress-free. Her warmth and helpfulness truly stood out.

Cons:

We genuinely enjoyed our stay and did not have any major issues.

Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else in Noosa Heads!
Pros:

Nothing sadly

Cons:

The hotel rooms are in desperate need of a revamp and update. Whilst the room was clean, there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener or cleaning products which was probably to hide the age of the room/accommodation. The decor is completely outdated and there was nothing pleasant about the accommodation.

This is not a family friendly place, I don't know why booking.com suggested this place.
Cons:

The pictures are misleading. The pool isn't clean, bathroom isn't clean and the room was very congested. The bathroom window doesn't lock so anyone could break-in easily.

Pros:

I checked the previous reviews and they were wrong. The place was exactly what we paid for, clean, the staff were friendly, the mattresses were comfortable, and the shower was so good you didn’t want to leave. My friends and I felt very comfortable in our accommodation.

Cons:

They need to be more specific about how to collect the keys after reception hours. It’s not very clear where to pick them up, and we spent several minutes looking for the game room (they should put the name on the entrance). We arrived tired, and it wasn’t pleasant wandering around trying to get our room keys.
