Pros:

Great location, spacious & comfortable rooms, fantastic meals in the bistro (meal discount & free drink voucher was an unexpected bonus), super friendly and helpful staff, very close to supermarket. Couldn't fault it.

Pros:

Excellent prime location, friendly and professional staff and close by to restaurants, cafes and Woolies.

I highly recommend this awesome place to everyone.

Overall, we loved our stay and felt it was great value for money!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the room matched photos. Our bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. The location was great and easily accessible to local transport, right next to shops. Daily housekeeping was a lovely touch along with complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little rundown, but only a minor thing!

Wait till after they renovate!
Pros:

Next door to McDonald's where we could get ice.

Cons:

Difficult to get to. When I asked for hand towels and face cloths a very nice woman who was just trying to make things work explained that it's just a 3 star motel so they don't provide those things. She went to unoccupied units to get us an extra towel and pillow. Apparently the place is due to start renovations in July -- I'd wait till after that's done to try it. Terrible wifi.

Ok .. when they fix the place up

Very close to where we had to be

Cons:

The bed was so old and used so many times it was like the inside of a volcano very hollow the back door you needed muscles to open it. It was jammed. I think the door needed new rollers and also the tap in the sink just kept dripping and dripping all night. But in saying all this we were told that they are going to renovate the whole place out so should be worth a good look. Next time we are there.
