Accommodation was comfortable but delay was unacceptable.
Pros:

The receptionist was pleasant, the eventual room we were given was clean and location was central. We were given passes to get free drinks at the bar but this did not make up for the delay.

Cons:

I booked this accommodation for one night and was advised that checkin would be two o'clock. We were attending a friend's funeral/wake on Noosa River at 4.30pm. Due to traffic we arrived just before 3pm and were told that our room (apparently we were given the family room) was not ready. We were not impressed and asked if there was another room as we needed to shower and change. We were told we would be given a smaller room next door, $150/night but it was not possible to reimburse the difference. As we walked passed our original room, the cleaners were sitting on the beds talking.

Cons:

Car park was flooded, cold shower no hot water, got really ill from food at the restaurant which we had delivered to our room. Aircon didn't work and the roof was leaking. We got up and left at 4.30am as we wanted to go home.

Ok but disappointing.
Pros:

Location. Clean room. Quiet. Shower was good.

Cons:

Room was old and tired. Everything was in need of renovation. Doors were peeling, mirror had lost its coating, lights over the bed were so low, I kept hitting my head and my light did not work.

The room was quite big and the bed really comfortable. We did the check in around 9pm so we had to collect the keys on the game room next to the office. The lady was really friendly.

Great location and excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful when we asked to stay an additional night on top of our original booking.

room was quite spacious with two single beds and a sofa so plenty of space on the wet day we spent around the hotel.

room was comfy and clean with toiletries provided always handy when you are backpacking and trying to keep weight down.

free drink from the next door restaurant as well as 10% of our meal was handy the first evening we arrived
