Fairly expensive for the price paid.

Greedy on the buffet breakfast. Barely had food left at 8:30am when it is meant to go until 9:30 - last order at 8:10. Won’t recommend opting for the breakfast option.

It was a comfortable stay in an older building. The desk was nice and large and wifi was decent as I had to do a little work. The location to the train was very convenient.

Pros:

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Japan. The room was musty and moist, the AC was not workin properly, I woke up at 1 am to 91 degrees. The bed was like laying on the floor.

3日間、ゆっくりできました。朝夕は静か、多分普通は奈良観光を楽しむため、ホテルに残る人は少ないのと、部屋数が多いため、清掃やルームメーキングに時間がかかのだと思います。流石に静かではありませんでしたが、丁寧な仕事振りと濡らしてしまったバスマットの交換などにも笑顔で対応してもらった心配りもとても好感が持てました。施設はバスタブのためたはずのお湯がなくなってしまったり

Pros:

Rooms are very small. Double is okay for one, but really too small for two. They only clean the rooms every 3 days, otherwise you leave your garbage and towels outside your door before 10 am. My bathroom had mold between the tiles in the bathroom. Staff was excellent and lovely. Breakfast was okay.
