Everything was walkable distance. Despite it being crowded on the weekend due to some market....still could sleep well.....it was a good trip. Will definitely stay here again. Good for solo travellers as it was an option for a single bed.

Ok hotel centered on old area of kota kinabalu. Staff was very nice. Room was average with some updates. Has refrigerator but also has slot that room key must be inserted in for electricity to work. When you take key and leave room refrigerator has no power. Why have refrigerator? Hotel was quiet but hallways smelled like cigarettes. I think there are better choices in KK at this price point.

地點很好，就在加雅街附近，走路10分鐘內就能吃到很多沙巴美食。住宿的價位平實，內部應該有再整修過，感覺比年初住的時候新。服務人員也很親切週到。房間大小適中，以純住宿來說是個不錯的選擇。

週末の夜市、朝市をやってるGaya通りが目の前に有り、買い物、街の探索に便利な場所に有る。またコタキナバル空港行きの無料トランスポート車両を手配してくれるので助かる。

밤비행기로 도착하시는 분들에게 추천
Pros:

위즈마 메르데카, 필리피노마켓, 선데이 마켓등 코타키나발루 여행시에 왠만해서는 들려야 할 곳들이 모두 도보로 10분내에 있어, 첫날 밤비행기라면 잠깐 쉬고 바로 여행을 시작해요. 특히 선데이마켓은 바로 옆 길에서 열리기 때문에, 일요일 새벽부터 바깥에서 노래부르고, 사람들 소리때문에 일찍 일어날 수 밖에 없어요. 청결함도 양호하고, 직원분들도 항상 웃으면서 친절하게 대해줘요

Very Comfortable and Clean Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here,the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and shopping around this area, would definitely use the hotel again.

갓성비 강추 호텔입니다 ^^
Pros:

위치적으로도 많은 걸 볼수 있고, 먹을수 있는 위치고, 직원들도 정말 친절했습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 다른 호텔보다 훨씬 대접받고 안심할 수 있는 호텔로 느껴졌고, 객실상태도 좋고 에어컨도 잘 나왔습니다. ㅎㅎ 가성비 강추입니다!!

새벽비행기라 다른호텔 체크아웃후 가성비 호텔로 잠깐 묵은 호텔이였습니다.비교적 청결했고, kk마트, 센터포인트몰, 깜풍아이르 등 걸어서 갈수 있는 위치였습니다. 오만원 지폐를 디파짓으로 낼수 있어서 링깃 소모에 유용했습니다. 단점이라면 방음이 잘 되지 않고 주변 소음이 심했습니다.

거리가 다들 가까워서 좋고 킹사이즈침대 방 가성비 괜츈합니다. 저렴하게 잘 놀다가 갑니다. 디파짓 오만원 짜리도 받네요.
