Pros:

La cama es cómoda y la almohada consistente, lo cual valoro mucho. La habitación está bastante bien. Personal amable y limpieza 10.

Cons:

Pedí una habitación con balcón y me la dieron lo agradezco enormemente, pero, deberían insonorizar las habitaciones, pues el ruido nocturno y el de la mañana tristemente no nos ha permitido descansar… por lo que, o te pones tapones o no duermes. Para la próxima ya lo sé. Porque aún asi volvería

Escapada ideal.
Pros:

Limpieza de la habitación y de las instalaciones,
A pesar de ubicación super céntrica , el descanso a sido super bueno, casi que no se percibe ruido. En la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario. El trato del personal muy amable, en especial Diana la recepcionista, encantadora.

Cons:

Ubicación muy cerca a puerta del sol, en la cual para la fecha de mi hospedaje estaba tomada por manifestantes y esto afecto mi descanso. Mucho ruido y enfrentaciones como con la policia muy cerca. Mucho ruido en la noche.

great location, great staff, comfy room and beds!
Pros:

the location is great, right across is Carrefour that opens until 1am. Super convenient.
the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

it was a bit noisy during our first night, because there was a demonstration out on Puerta del Sol.

Excelente opción en pleno centro de Madrid
Pros:

El trato del personal y la ubicación. Estaba muy limpio y la habitación era amplia y tenía nevera. En las zonas comunes hay una sala con mesas y máquinas de vending.

Great location, a bit old fashion but clean
Pros:

Location is a huge plus, walkable to everywhere. It was clean. Staff very helpful. You have in front a express carefour, which is very convenient. Many nearby restaurants. I recommend the restautant "Ciudad de Tui", which is 100 mts away. The best Paella I have eaten in Spain.

Cons:

Shower is quite small and uncomfortable, although good run of water, it is just the space too tight. The fridge in the room didn't work.

Ubicado perfecta en la Puerta del Sol, Madrid
Pros:

Llegamos muy temprano al hotel y la recepcionista con su mejor sonrisa nos dió los buenos días y eso se agradece muchísimo, el alojamiento es calidad/ precio, nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas en resguardo ya que tienen un cuartito en el area del comedor para guardar equipaje, también nos dijo que podíamos descansar en la salita del comedor…. Nos encantó la habitación con vistas a la calle….. Cuando regresemos a Madrid de seguro llegaremos al Hotel Mirador Puerta del Sol porque nos encanto la ubicación y nos sentimos seguros
