Très bon petit hotel
Pros:

L'hôtel n'est pas très luxueux mais il est avéré très confortable : chambre spacieuse alors qu'il s agissait d'une chambre basique, lits confortables, salle de bain très propre avec de l'eau chaude de qualité. Le personnel est très agréable et le ménage était bien fait tous les jours. Il y a un ascenseur, fort appréciable. Notre chambre donnait sur une petite cour sans intérêt mais ce n'était pas plus mal car la rue doit être assez bruyante le soir, surtout le weekend.
Il y avait un tout petit frigo et un coffre fort dans l'armoire (pas utilisés pour ma part)
Et par-dessus tout, l'emplacement était ideal pour aller partout à pied.

Cons:

Tous les matins on s'est fait réveiller par des gens qui parlaient dans le couloir, je ne sais pas s'il s'agissait du personnel ou d'autres hôtes.
Et juste au cas où cela pourrait servir à quelqu'un, la rue est piétonne et très fréquentée à tout moment, et les taxi/Uber ne vont pas jusqu'à la porte de l'hôtel : il faut aller 150m plus loin. Mais cela se fait très bien, et à mon avis c'est le prix à payer pour être dans l'hyper-centre.

Une agréable découverte!
Pros:

La proximité immédiate de la puerta del sol est idéale pour rayonner à pied. L' accueil peut se faire en français (selon la personne au poste) et on peut déposer nos valider dans une salle fermée permettant de découvrir la ville sans les bagages

Cons:

Il faudrait juste améliorer les oreillers qui sont trop fins.

Pros:

The location was great right in the Puerta del Sol area, close to a lot of shops, tourist attractions and laundromats. I was in the fourth floor and it wasn't noisy. After checking out, there was a locker room where I could store my luggage and a room where I could charge my phone.

Cons:

The only bad thing was that I saw a small cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night :(.
