La verdad que tienen una atención de 10. Llegamos sobre las 12 y había disponibilidad y nos dieron la habitación, todo un detalle. Las chicas son muy amables y si tienes alguna pregunta siempre están ahí para ayudar. El último día quisimos dejar unas cosas en la nevera y nos las guardaron hasta que nos fuimos al aeropuerto, al igual que las maletas que tienen consigna para dejarlas. Y obviamente lo céntrico que está.

Estancia de 10.
Pros:

El trato de las personas que trabajaban ahí, y estaba en una ubicación perfecta. Pudimos dejar las maletas, calentar biberones y comida y usar el salón sin problema después del check out.

Una estancia más que recomendable
Pros:

El personal ha sido muy amable y muy atento, la ubicación es genial y cumple con lo esperado de un hotel de dos estrellas.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y sin duda recomendaríamos este hotel a quienes visiten Madrid.

La ubicación es, sin duda, uno de sus mayores atractivos. Se encuentra en una zona privilegiada, muy cerca de la Puerta del Sol, la Gran Vía y el Parque del Retiro, lo que permite recorrer gran parte de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad caminando. Además, cuenta con excelentes conexiones de transporte para desplazarse fácilmente a cualquier lugar de Madrid.

La habitación fue cómoda, limpia y adecuada para disfrutar de un buen descanso después de una jornada de turismo. El ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y agradable, ideal para quienes buscan comodidad durante su estancia.

El servicio recibido fue muy bueno. El personal fue amable y atento, contribuyendo a que la experiencia fuera aún más satisfactoria.

Un aspecto muy positivo es que el hotel dispone de recepción las 24 horas, lo que brinda mayor tranquilidad y flexibilidad tanto para la llegada como para cualquier necesidad durante la estancia.

Asimismo, después del check-out cuentan con un espacio para guardar el equipaje, lo cual resulta muy práctico si tu vuelo o traslado es más tarde. Incluso es posible permanecer en las áreas comunes del hotel mientras llega la hora de dirigirse al aeropuerto o continuar el viaje hacia otro destino.
