Excellent location, well-maintained and clean rooms, great breakfast.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was rich and varied, and the room and its facilities were clean. The location is great -within walking distance of various attractions, including the Old City, Mamilla, Jaffa Street, and Mahane Yehuda Market. Public transportation is nearby, and parking is available at the hotel (we used it from the second day once a space became available).

Cons:

The top-floor balcony was nice, but adding a coffee/tea station would make it even more functional and enjoyable.
