Despite the issues with insects and Wi-Fi, I really enjoyed my stay overall and was very satisfied.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Everything was fresh and delicious.

The location is amazing — extremely close to the Old City of Jerusalem, which made sightseeing very convenient.

Cons:

There were flying insects in the room, probably coming from the bathroom. Even after getting rid of them several times, they kept coming back.

The Wi-Fi mainly uses the 5GHz network, and the 2.4GHz connection barely worked, which made the internet unstable at times.

המיקום של המלון מושלם! קרוב לכל, מצד שני מקום שקט.
חניה ממול עולה 120 שח עד 24 שעות, אפשר להתייחס כחלק ממחיר החדר.
חדר מעוצב יפה

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר מאוד בסיסית, הסלט הרגיש לא טרי, וגם המאפים. לא יודעת אם בגלל ארוחת הבוקר, אבל קיבלנו קלקול קיבה לקראת הערב...
המלון ארגן סיור שגיליתי עליו במקרה, כי הפקיד בקבלה לא הזכיר בכלל. היה צריך לשאול במיוחד אם מתקיים, מתי, מאיפה יוצא וכו'
הביאו את כולם שעה לפני יציאת הסיור לחדרון קטן שהקצו מתוך חדר אוכל.
בקושי היה מקום לשבת, אנשים פשוט עמדו וחיכו.
הפינה של השתיה החמה והיין החם (הביאו 2 בקבוקים לכמות מטורפת של אנשים), ראיתה כמו בהוסטל של הומלסים. עדיף היה לוותר על זה.
אחרי שעה שחיכינו באו אחד אחד שלושה מדריכים.
השניים הראשונים קראו לכמה משפחות והלכו. הרשימות לא היו מעודכנות בכלל. המדריך האחרון נאלץ לצאת לסיור עם מעל 50 אנשים. לא חשוב לחלק את כולם באופן שווה בין המדריכים?
היה מאוד קשה לשמוע אותו ( אפשר היה גם להביא אוזניות, או להגיד לאנשים להביא אוזניות...)
מבינה שהכוונה היתה טובה, אבל לא כל כך יצא מזה. מקווה ש קבוצות הקטנות עם המדריכים האחרים נהנו יותר.
אני מבינה שזה אקסטרה, אבל בגלל הסיור בחרנו את המלון הזה.
