Dear Management

I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of my room at NU Hotel Toronto Airport.

Unfortunately, the facilities and overall quality of the room are far below a reasonable standard. I am unable to sleep due to the following issues:

* The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for sleeping.
* The pillow is very small, flat, and uncomfortable.
* There is no kettle in the room, despite this being a basic amenity expected by guests.
* The air conditioner is excessively noisy and does not function properly. It fails to cool the room, making it very uncomfortable.

I attempted to rest for approximately one hour but was unable to do so because of these conditions. As a result, the room is not reasonably fit for its intended purpose, and my stay has become completely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I tried to speak to receptionist (Asia), she couldn’t help me, she was defensive, she asked me to contact booking.com for my refund that she wouldn’t do anything about it.

I respectfully request an immediate check-out, cancellation of my booking, and a full refund, as the accommodation provided does not meet a reasonable standard of comfort or the quality of service that was represented at the time of booking.

As a guest in Ontario, I understand that consumers are entitled to receive services that are provided with reasonable care and are consistent with what was advertised. Since the accommodation has failed to meet these reasonable expectations, I ask that this matter be resolved promptly and fairly.

Please confirm my check-out and process my refund without delay.

Met the Price expectation.
Pros:

I went in not expecting allot and set the bar low I was pleasently surprised. For a quick stop over I would not stay more than 2 nights. But would be back again for the Price.

Okay, economical and within walking distance of the airpot if your so inclined but NU also picks up.

It's really close to the airport and untill about 20;00 hours the planes taking off are loud but the rooms are reasonabley quiet and during the night it was quiet till about 0500 hours:
