Hotel staff doesn't answer the phone.
Pros:

Close to the airport and very clean.

Cons:

No one on staff answered the phone when I called for a shuttle. I called more than 20 times.
I was fortunate to spot the shuttle driving by. That's how I made it to the hotel.

It was a short but pleasant stay. Just what I needed at a great price.
Pros:

All I needed was a comfortable bed to get a good sleep in before my early morning flight. NU is simple and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time and quick.

Cons:

First impression I was a little concerned that it might not be so comfortable, but I found it great (the large amount of snow might have contributed to my first impression - not something they could do anything about).

Pros:

location and value. Enron's were recently updated.

Cons:

not scent free. Cleaners used were excessively strong. And the air is very dry in the hotel. not comfortable.
