Pros:

Proximité de l’aéroport et services de navette.

Cons:

La réservation demandait deux lits. C’était préciser et écrit sur la confirmation de réservation. Par contre, lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y avait un lit seulement et il n’y avait aucune autre chambre de disponible. Certaines personnes ont donc dormi par terre…

Most disgusting hotel ever
Pros:

Nothing. The hotel was disgusting.

Cons:

Stained bed sheets, no parking space, toilet didnt work, shower doesn't work properly, bed was not installed properly.

After a long trans-atlantic flight, we were happy to find a convenient location to stay overnight.
Pros:

Close to the airport with a convenient shuttle van service.
Clean floors and bedding.

Cons:

Difficult entry and exit with large luggage. Stairs not easy to navigate. Only one shawarma shop open for something to eat. In need of upgrades - bathrooms and general decor.

Cons:

My issue was they said they have a shuttle to and from the airport. When I got to Pearson I was told to call the hotel to have them come get me. I called 5 times and never got an answer so I eventually paid for a cab to take me which even though it was a short ride it cost me $25. When I spoke to the lady at the desk she said the phone never rang so I called the number again in front of her and sure enough it rang. Then she gave me a line about them having issues with their phone. Very unprofessional

Ripped off. Mean staff. Unethical.
Pros:

The staff ripped me off and outright lied to me. Refused to refund my money . The night clerk started the whole thing when I arrived on a red-eye from Mx. Told me there were no rooms . When I had a solid booking. I spent the night in the airport. Next day the morning clerk told me there were rooms ! These are evil people.

Cons:

The entire experience that I paid for but didn't get
