Pros:

Meal was amazing

Cons:

Room 1 should not be available when there is a function on. We booked this unit for a place to sleep and sleep was not possible. People walking up and down the walkway next to the room all night makes sleep impossible that is not worth $250+ a night. Normal talk let alone alchole infused talk is loud in that room from the walkway. Would not recommend that room.

Fantastic Value!
Pros:

Great sized room (1x queen & 1 single) very clean. Possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a motel! Room # 2 had a tiny balcony over looking the lake which was pretty. A bag of jellybeans in each bed and free bottles of water were nice touches.
We received a 10% off voucher for meals in the adjoining restaurant. (Pulse free drink voucher each)
Large, stylish restaurant with a fire burning inside (June ) the meals were delicious.
I really can’t fault this place.
It’s not in the heart of Maroochydore- but we were attending a game at the local sports club and that was just 2 minutes away.

Just had breakfast packages staff were very friendly room was very clean , change ot towels daily was welcome. Jelly beans on beds was lovely touch (love jelly beans)

Love location, it's comfortable, clean and staff always ready to help if needed.
Pros:

It's clean, bright and comfortable and love the little balcony so you can sit outside and enjoy the view and/or weather. Have stayed here several times over the years and gone through two lots of room renovations for the better.

Cons:

Nothing really. Although it was nice to have a microwave in the old days if staying for more than a few nights but not important.

Pros:

The room was very neat and well presented. The location was nice, on a branch of the river and with a path to the wider river very close by.

Cons:

I had messaged the hotel before my stay with a question, and it wasn't answered.
On arrival, the staff were a bit abrupt and it didn't feel welcoming.
I was woken up several times by a noisy neighbour in the middle of the night (I acknowledge there was a phone number in the room specifically in case of noisy neighbours, but I didn't use it).
The toilet cistern seemed to have an issue with refilling, as it was very noisy for 10-15 mins after flushing.

quiet and relaxing

i like our little verandah being on the water. we enjoy watching the fish and birds.

we were only there one night. there was nothing to dislike.
