Customer service excellent in a lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff here are incredible. The highest level of customer service. The roof top pool is great and the restaurant food was lovely. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Good sized wardrobe.
Breakfast was unbelievable, countless options including eggs made to liking, a waffle chef, barrister and a huge variety of hot and cold dishes.

Cons:

We asked for a quiet room when we booked but we were placed next to a lift and opposite the nightclubs, the first night we only had 3 hours sleep. I don’t think they read our request before allocating the room. The hotel, once I told them about our lack of sleep, sorted out a solution for us. I would go back but would make contact before booking to ensure I had a quiet room.
It would be great if the hotel had a shade umbrella available at the pool on the morning for guests who don’t want to sit directly in the sun. They have one but it’s for staff. Happy hour 3-5 is only beer.

Good option overall and good value.
Pros:

Very friendly staff! Great rooftop bar and restaurant. Good location.

Cons:

Very long wait for elevators. Some rooms don’t have apps like Netflix while others do. Beds also too firm for those of us with back problems.

This was by far the best hotel that I have stayed in here in Manila.
Pros:

The pool and rooftop restaurant was very nice. When I felt that a dish off the menu was not what I expected from the menu description, a manager made sure that I was served a vegetable curry that looked and tasted as good as any I have ever experienced. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food.

Cons:

In the bathroom, there was a marble top to the rim of the bathtub that was uncomfortable when taking a bath and made the shower space a little tight.
