El Servicio fue excelente, calidad y la limpieza. La piscina y el bar de arriba son geniales. Creo que conseguimos una oferta buena y con esa perspectiva mejora. buffet de desayuno top. Muy bien y volveria a ir.

Habitación limpia grande e impecable, ubicación perfecta, desayuno bueno, personal de veras magnífico las chicas de recepción son de veras muy amables profesionales y serviciales, Shane la chica encargada de la habitación super servicial y amable, las chicas del restaurant y los chicos de la piscina y los porteros igual super amables y profesionales...La piscina en el Rooftop genial, pero no cumplen las supuestas reglas al 100% aunque decían prohibir bebidas en vasos de vidrio o dentro la piscina al igual que usarla con ropa normales ( no traje de baño) ; pero para mí decepción vi a 3 rusos dentro de la.piscina con bebidas y en vasos de vidrio y también MUCHA GENTE BAÑANDOSE CON ROPAS Y NO CON TRAJES DE BAÑO 😑😑😠!!!!!en general un buen sitio para pasar unos días en Manila en una zona relativamente bastante buena y céntrica, con muchas posibilidades de restaurantes negocios, centros comerciales, 7&11, etc.
Siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas y con la ubicación que tiene no me pareció nada agradable, el ver a " parejas, muy disparejas" entrando y saliendo, como por ejemplo Señores de edad bastante avanzada con chicas y " CHICOS": muy muy jóvenes, compartiendo desayuno, piscina, lobby etc. eso le quita al hotel RESPETO, CLASE Y CATEGORIA y lo rebaja a un SITIO CUALQUIERA, donde permiten semejantes situaciones!!!!! El hotel NO DEBERIA PERMITIR ESTE TIPO DE SITUACIONES EN ABSOLUTO.
Lo otro fue que envíe ropa a la lavanderia y me las devolvieron empacadas en plástico incluyendo un cojín de viaje, y un par de días luego de recibirlos al abrir el paquete para mi sorpresa el.cojin estaba mojada y olía muy mal por el hecho de estar empaquetada y aun húmeda.y claro yo jamás pensé que estuviera húmeda y por eso la deja empaquetado hasta el día antes de volar. CATH la chica de recepción hizo todo lo posible por arreglar la situación y se lo agradezco mucho, pero el hecho de que la lavandería cobre hasta te caro u entregué la ropa con olor extraño ( como si no usarán detergente) y encima empaquetan cosas húmedas en plástico no me parece justo. En total me quedé 9 noches de las cuales 2 no estuve ni desayuné ya que fui a la montaña, al regresar pregunté si una amiga podía desayunar conmigo ya que yo habia pagado 2 noches incluso el desayuno y no los utilize, y me dijeron TAJANTEMENTE QUE NO! Me pareció no muy profesional!!!
En la.piscina DEBERIAN RESPETAR PARA TODOS LAS REGLAS IMPUESTAS!!!! NO BEBIDAS DENTRO LA PISCINA MENOS EN VASO DE VIDRIO Y MO BAÑARSE EN ROPA NORMAL 😠😑😠!!!!

Everything about the property was just amazing from the bellboys to reception through to house keeping. Everyone were very tentative and very helpful.
There was only one the Roof deck restaurant can get very busy so recommend booking as it’s open to none guests too

We loved our stay here for 3 nights with my 2 daughters..the room is clean and comfy.. with a nice city view at night..food is great...
