Muy buen hotel, habitación amplia y tranquila, y cama cómoda.
Pros:

La habitación estaba bien y la cama muy cómoda. Tuvimos una habitación muy tranquila. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue el largo y tedioso proceso de check-in: me pidieron hasta el visado y me hicieron una foto.

It was great stay compared to other hotels in Trichy.

Pros:

Nice setup in hotel. Looks nice. Their breakfast and dinner area management is fantastic. Always ready to offer great service. The food is also excellent.

Cons:

Staff didn’t know how to use card machine for international cards. They had cards machines available but only one used international card. When my card kept declining they thought I couldn’t pay and became a bit funny. After a debating for over an hour and waiting for them to sort there issues out, they finally found the right card machine which was used. I ask them to now mark that card machine for international card users so the next person doesn’t need to experience that difficulty as I did.
