Pros:

Tesis gayet temiz ve merkezi bir konumda. Odamız gayet sessizdi. Metro ve skytrain isyasyonları çok yakın. Görülmesi gereken tarihi ve turistlik yerlerin çoğuna toplu taşıma ile gidilebiliyor. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Sokak yemekleri, restoranlar, kahve dükkanları vb. çok yakın. Tesisin girişinde bile bir kahveci mevcut.

- ในห้องพักนอกจากเตียง โต๊ะเล็ก ไม้แขวนเสื้อ 3 อันแล้ว ไม่มีอะไรให้อีก ไม่มีน้ำดื่ม, แก้วน้ำดื่ม, อ้างว่าลูกค้าทำแก้วหายจึงไม่จัดไว้ให้อีก
- แจ้งลูกค้าว่าทำความสะอาดห้องพักทุกวัน แต่ไม่ทำความสะอาดห้องพักในวันถัดไป สอบถามอ้างว่าลูกค้าไม่แจ้งให้ทำ (ไม่บอกลูกค้าว่าต้องแจ้งด้วย)
- ส่วนที่พัก มีห้องพัก 2 ห้อง ใช้ห้องน้ำรวมกัน 1 ห้อง (สุขา+อาบน้ำ) และใช้รวมกับ lobby ด้วย ไม่เพียงพอในชั่วโมงเร่งด่วน
- ไม่ต้องปรับปรุงนะคะ ที่พักบริการแย่ๆ แบบนี้หายาก นทท.จะได้สีสันของการพักผ่อน

Buena ubicación y hotel correcto. No tuvimos problemas con el tema de overbooking que habíamos leído. De hecho nos cambiaron de habitación a una más silenciosa a partir de la segunda noche.

Воду можна придбати прямо на рісепшині.
Зручний район, все тут є необхідно.
Ціна адекватна.
Гарне ліжко, подушки.
Є мікрохвильова, чайник, посуд. Відчувається, що все зроблено з любов’ю, хоча номер далеко від люкс.

Cons:

Дуже маленька кімната. Я одна і було тісно.
З урахуванням того що Планувала весь час бути поза кімнатою, для мене це не було критично.
Є пліснева у ванній. Але я до цього була готова, коли вивчала Таїланд. Це не тому що брудно, а тому що клімат. В цілому кімната чиста.
Меблі старі.

Staff was attentive and tried to help

Cons:

Pillows were old, dirty and stained. They came with no pillowcase because the staff forgot to put it. They also didn't enter the room to clean daily or refil toilet paper for example.
Room is a bit cluttered and old.
