Please note that the property does not accommodate children below 4 years of age. Reception is open from 10am to 8pm daily You are required to show a photo ID --OR-- credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Young travelers between 4 to 18 years old are required to stay in a private room with at least one accompanying adult or legal guardian. We do not have pay-at-property or pay-on-arrival option. Full payment needs to be collected to confirm the booking. For any refund of payment due to cancelation, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total collected amount. An amount of SGD10/night/person, in the form of credit card pre-authorization or cash may be requested as damage deposit for group of 6 people or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und uns sehr gefreut. Gutes Frühstück. Es war immer genug da und man konnte sich immer nachnehmen. Service war super.

Really great hostel! Everything was clean and I felt super safe throughout my stay. The lockers are huge, the beds are comfy, and the AC in the rooms works perfectly. The location is also amazing and makes it really easy to explore the city. The free breakfast is pretty basic (cereal, milk, and toast) but honestly, not bad at all for a free breakfast!
The only downside is that the common areas don’t have AC. Your room will be nice and cool, but if you’re planning to work or hang out in the common areas for a while, be prepared to suffer a little in the heat.

Ubicación. El desayuno, a pesar de ser poco variado, se agradece. Leche, tostadas, café, cerrales y mermeladas, és suficiente para tomar energias.
A pesar que indica que el desayuno es de 7 a 10 am, hay quien a las 6.00 am (o antes) ya hace ruido....si tienes la habitación a tocar del comedor (como por ejemplo la hab. Gardens by The Bay para 4 pax) puede ser un incordio...y algun colgador más en la habitación se agradeceria.

Lovely staff, good location.
Terrible mattress, poor air conditioning. No bathroom on every floor. The whole place just feels really tired and needs a freshen up, especially a paint job to get rid of all the dark colours.
