The location of the hotel is downtown Waterloo and in walking distance to good restaurants, a food store, and both Waterloo and Laurier universities. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The hotel's hosts were friendly , professional and efficient. I will definitely stay here again.

Wow. Wow. Wow. My fiancé and I came here for his work trip and we will be back for leisure. That is how great the staff, hotel, and area was!!! I have never encountered a kinder and more informative front desk staff than here. Thank you Pankaj, Haldik, and Vidhi for making this trip amazing with all of your recommendations. You guys made our first trip to Canada an experience we will never forget! We will be back!

Central, easy access , close to family I was visiting. Room was excellent , spacious clean , well laid out , good facilities.
My only complaint was with housekeeping over a couple of days. For the first 5 days of my stay everything was very good however I returned one day and the cups and glasses used had not been replaced with clean ones. The next day , I returned in the afternoon to prepare for an evening event and no housekeeping had been undertaken. I enquired at the front desk if there was a problem and was assured there was not and it would be taken care of asap. It was, however, the room attendant was less than pleasant. The next day housekeeping returned to previous high standard.
