This hotel stay was not enjoyable, nor worth the money.
Cons:

The first room was too small, had high humidity witb mold in the bathroom, in addition, the fold-out sofa was not sleepable. We we asked to move to a different room due to the situation, though this room being fine, still carried a lot of water in the air (there was a humidifier in the hallway)… so strange. In addition, this room was never cleaned (beds not made, nor new towels received)? The floor lobby area had seating with vinyl sofas that were torn and the outside fire pit didn’t work?

Pros:

The bed was comfortable but room was stuffy, mold in shower, one elevator was broken and coffee bar had creamer in the room that has probably been there for years. I understand Victoria is a very small town however I expected a Marriott hotel to be a higher standard.

The front desk staff were not friendly and almost rude when asked about water and a late check out.

Cons:

Overall the hotel was not that nice. I don’t believe there is a nicer hotel in Victoria but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Super dirty. Mold. The bed had an awful smell. The stains on the furniture were being used. Everything was extremely musty. Orange mold in the shower.
