Veníamos de hacer el camino De Santiago, con los pies empapados de la lluvia y con ganas de ducharnos y irnos a comer. Y estuvimos todo ese rato esperando con una cola de gente en la misma situación. Un solo empleado en recepción un viernes a las 14h

1 small elevator for multiple floors, reception staff seemed stressed, not particularly friendly or helpful. Smart TV was very old so wouldn't stream netflix or prime. Staff unaware and could not help. Should not advertise smart tv if basics cannot be used

Buena, tranquila y agradable
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, estás a 10 minutos andando del centro, es muy cómodo, las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno no te puedo decir pq no lo hicimos en el hotel.

Nicish hotel close to old town & train station
Pros:

Good location in Santiago about half way between old town & train / bus station. Rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Good left luggage facilities. Late 12pm check out.

Cons:

Shower, even though v powerful & good, was in middle of bathroom with just shower screen so had to walk across wet floor to get to the toilet which was at end of bathroom.
