Una de las cosas mas interesantes es la ubicación, esta cerca del casco historico pero en la parte nueva por lo que tambien tienes acceso a todos los servicios que uno puede esperara en la ciudad.

Cons:

No me gusto que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (al momento que pasabas 5 minutos en la habitacion se ponia a 27ºC). Cuando lo comente en recepcion "es lo que hay" que no se podia hacer nada (a pesar de que aquí en booking, indica que es una de las caracteristicas destacadas del alojamiento). Para intentar refrescar la habitacion dejabamos abierto la ventana, pero nos encontramos que habian vecinos de la calle que fumaban y nos llegaba todo el humo. Y cuando no fumaban nos encontramos bastante ruido de gente de fiesta. Despues la habitacion tenia muy dañado el parquet y con huecos que entre las diferentes piesas del suelo que se iban moviendo mientras estabas en la habitacion o pasaba la limpieza de habitaciones.
