Localização ótima! Supermercados e restaurantes pertinho. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Equipe, no geral, de excelente atendimento. Zero ruído no quarto. Pra quem vai fazer provas de concurso na região da Pampulha é perfeito. A 15 minutinhos da UFMG.

Cons:

Toalhas de rosto um pouco gastas. Colchão um pouco velho. Achei desconfortável pra dormir. Só esses detalhes que precisariam de um pouco mais de atenção. No geral, vale muito a pena se hospedar.

Quando cheguei nao havia vaga disponível na garagem.
Tem um exaustor no banheiro que faz um barulho muito alto quando a luz está acessa.
