Pros:

Room and rest of the hotel nicely decorated and very clean.
Breakfast very nice and good choice.

Cons:

The volume on the tv was fixed really low, making it impossible to watch anything.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Carlton Hotel. Ample parking and a lovely restaurant with a great menu.
Pros:

Restaurant in the hotel was lovely and the food was excellent

Cons:

The bedroom walls were thin and you could hear the neighbours chatting, their music and television.

Lovely stay but could be improved
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and clean with very comfortable beds and pillows which in my view always let a hotel down
We were so surprised at how comfortable the bed was and the roll out bed too
Shower was great and room was modern in its decor
Good lighting
Breakfast was lovely the continental and the hot one with a very decent vegetarian one

Cons:

It was very loud at times with weddings
Paying £11 for fish tacos which were most definitely not tacos but small dry cold wraps - that is not a fish taco

Comfortable bed friendly staff thats about as good as it gets , so probably best booking a prem inn

Cons:

Raw meats served for a cooked breakfast.
Dangerous transition between bathroom and room as exposed cut tile edge half inch above carpet hight both myself and my partner tripped several times .
Window ledge internally was chipped and bathroom mirror lighting did not work

Nice comfortable hotel but stay spoiled by poor service
Pros:

Nice hotel, bedrooms comfortable & clean; everything you’d need on a stay away was provided.

Cons:

Service overall was poor. We ate in restaurant, very busy we waited 1 hr between starter & main course being served despite asking twice, food eventually arrived dry & cold. We were offered a free dessert to compensate but didn’t want a dessert. Next morning at breakfast not much better, after waiting 20mins asked for someone to take our food order. Breakfast selection ok but not the best, evidence of savings being made here.
