La relación calidad precio es buena, la habitación que yo ocupe era pequeña pero suficiente (tienen habitaciones disponibles mas grandes por precio algo superior).
Esta bien situado y las personas de recepción son muy amables en el trato y con mayor disponibilidad que en otros hoteles para ayudar al cliente a buscar los medios para viajar por Costa Rica de forma razonable y económica para el cliente.
He utilizado este hotel dos veces en mi parada por San Jose y mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, lo recomiendo!!!!

Vi stannade här en natt. Min kompis anlände tidigare än mig och hotellet lät henne checka in tidigare samt gav henne frukost även om detta inte ingick första dagen. Receptionen, speciellt Kenneth (även den andra receptionisten vilken vi inte minns namnet på), var superhjälpsam. Han gav oss råd, tog reda på information och ringde samtal för att hjälpa oss. Hotellet är mycket centralt, gångavstånd till det mesta. Hotellet har bekväma sängar och en söt liten innergård. Inget lyxhotell men ett prisvärt hotell med bra standard.

no me gustó que me ofrecieron una habitación que no era la que requería.

Hotel bieter nicht wirklich ein Frühstück, es ist eher nur ein kleiner Snack. Wasserdruck der Dusche war super. In der nähme des Hotels gibt es einige Restaurants

So disappointing I left after one night. A small, cramped room (with 2 beds and no space to walk), creaky beds, outdated decor, the most basic of equipment- and a supposedly continental breakfast which was laughable. The bed was old and creaky, and the room was noisy. It’d be hard to imagine a more depressing night...

Don't stay on the first floor in room 101 or 102. You can hear everything from the buzzer for the front door to the clerk typing on their keyboard. Other than that, excellent.

Great central location at a great price. Perfect for a couple of nights to explore the city.

Elegí el hotel por conveniencia en ubicación porque iba a realizar solamente un trámite en una institución. La atención por parte del personal fue Excelente, pero el hotel es triste y silencioso y la habitación no me agradó con respecto a las fotos, no hay amenidades y la limpieza no es buena, los canales de tv de mala calidad, en el baño hay una cortina ( eso ya no se usa, no es higiénico ) Es un hotel de paso pero si deben de mejorar porque no es bueno que los turistas se lleven esa impresión de la hotelería del centro de San José. Aclaro con esto que no estoy molesto solamente que no disfruté de la estancia.

Awful experience, the only good about the hotel was the morning staff they were very friendly and nice. However my husband and I arrived in different flights, and there was a problem with the reservation and they didn’t let us in until he arrived almost two hours later, my six years old kid was so sleepy and they didn’t even care about him. It was awful! the night person accused us that we would leave the hotel without paying, when the payment and the reservation was already done, it was awful experience! He was so mean, I don’t understand how I do not understand how he could not think about the kid! And that is not all The mattress has ticks! They changed our room but the damage was done, they told us that this happened before on the same room!

The hotel is in a pretty good location in relation to the city centre and China town. The main drawback is the size of the single rooms which were pretty small.

Hotel was basic accommodations, but very friendly staff, clean, and in a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely come back again.
