Repeated stay, hotel staff are nice and helpful.
I left my bag at breakfast area and staff safekeep it until I returned to collect it.
Receptionist Zai helps me in arranging my online purchase, really appreciate his good effort.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, will come back again next year....

Hotel is located at strategic location and its rate is reasonable.

Had a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, from the reception to coffee house. Room is clean and nice and with good housekeeping Hotel is located within walking distance to Erawan Shrine, Big C Supercentre and just opposite Central World. In fact, very ideally located to go around all shopping centres and to BTS Chit Lom, all linked by the skywalk in town. Value for money. Will stay here again if coming to Bangkok.

The hotel was well located next to Big C and opposite Centralworld. Checking in was easy and quick. Room was clean and daily upkeep was good. Several choices of simple breakfasts. Staff was helpful and courteous. Will come stay again if in Bangkok.

Location! Very near to Big C.. Less than 5 min walk. And also near to R Bridge which make it convenient to go anywhere via that. A3 bus stop for travel to and fro DM Airport is also near to the hotel. The hotel and room may look old but it is clean. The bed is big and some may think it is hard and firm but I like it! Comes with 2 free bottles of mineral water, kettle, hair dryer, some dvds, and daily housekeeping. Would definitely stay here again!

very easy to go around those BIG SHOPPING MALLs like Central World, The Big C, Fashion Mall etc...

Location was great close to all tourist , shopping and food.
Cud not find a close by foot massage place .
The room tv volume was not good and must have had a control to prevent It from Turning it up as it was barely hearable. Sy ngnip Si Haaw
Breakfast was good although portions were nominal for daijek Los but good for smaller appetite munchkins

Overall OK. Breakfast is limited. Quite old building. I will want to top up S$20-30/night to get a better hotel next trip.

Though limited breakfast menu but it was good enough for a short trip n the food is tasty.

Bed firmer than I like...

Friendly and helpful staff. This was our 3rd stay and we will be coming back to this hotel again! Great location and well maintained hotel.

The location is very convenient that shopping malls, convenient stores, massage and foreign exchange are surrounding the hotel, so it’s normal to have some night noises. Cleanliness is just soso but acceptable, but there is an ant on the towel and the slipper seems to be reused. The breakfast provided is good with friendly services. Overall is good..will choose this hotel again when I come Bangkok.

Good location, walking distance to Big C, Erawan Shrine, Pratunum, Central World and BTS Station.
The interior design of the property and room were clean n modern design. Comfortable bed, clean toilet. Helpful staff and superb delicious breakfast.

The carpet flooring is very very dusty, like it hasnt been vacuumed or maintained of its cleanliness. That spoils the overall comfort of our stay, especially since we have a young toddler who plays every where especially on the floor.

Perfect location. Quiet room despite situated next to the mall.

Located in a quiet corner next to Market Place and so is also near to Big C. Walkable to Platinum mall and about 10-15 mins to Siam Square using the sky bridge.

Wow, It's an excellent location. Irs right next to the BIG C supermarket, Right across from Central Grand Mall. 10 minutes walk to the Premium Platinum Bargains mall (Must go here). All foodies, currency, BTS within walkable distance. They do have 24 Hrs Staff and security of the place. Its a small boutique hotel. The room was cleaned 2 twin beds. The shower was OK the shower cubicle was so small so if your a larger person you may have troubles knocking the dial of the hot - cold water. Which happened to me several times. So just beware of that. Also the staff point out to you that there is a fridge with snacks and stuff. If you touch any of those you will be CHARGED for it. They have 2 kinds of water in the fridge. The Thailand brand which is free and refilled daily. and they have the EVIAN Brand if you touch that one you will PAY for it. They strictly and repeated it to me so many times it was sort of an annoyance as there was an easy 7-11 right next door which has items i can get and charged my much cheaper. They do have a free breakfast i think but didnt touch cause they had so many food options outside. Good to have the free breakfast oprion tho. Upon checkout be sure you give yourself an extra 30-45 minutes just for this because upon check out they asked me i touched anything in the fridge. I said no and they lady called someone to check it out and i couldn't leave until she got the OK. This was in the morning and i was in a rush OMG they thot i would touch that,

The included breakfast is A la Carte - very good idea, freshly made and less food wastage compare to the usual buffet type. Two light bulbs were not functioning when I checked in but the staff replaced them right away. Very efficient.
