Uns hat alles an der Unterkunft gefallen, eine Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, alles war sauber und es war sehr viel Platz im Zimmer, der Hotelbesitzer war der allernetteste und sehr hilfsbereit wir haben viel mit ihm geredet. Wir würden immerwieder kommen!!!!!

The location is in the heart of Hanoi and easy to travel around. The staff is so friendly and help with everything and can do the laundry for small fee as well. Best place for the price and the people who want to travel budget friendly and don’t wanna stay in hostels, this is the best option in Hanoi

We were disappointed with the small size of the room the facilities were very basic but we were only staying one night. When checking out in the morning the reception worker was asleep in the lobby
Fijne locatie middenin Old Quarter, vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een betere kamer. Het was schoon.
De badkamer was ruim, maar had een schuin plafond en daardoor een rare indeling waardoor wij lange Nederlands niet rechtop voor de spiegel konden staan.

The staff at the hotel was amazing! So friendly and great to talk to. They made us feel so welcome in Vietnam! Probably our favorite part of the experience. If we ever needed anything they were there immediately to help us as well. The room's view was nice - could see the Hang Dau Water Tower right from our window. The location was perfect for us located at the northern end of the Old Quarter. It gave us a quiet spot to go back to within walking distance of all of the shopping, markets, and dining. There is a fantastic Bun Cha street spot located by the hotel. Walking south out of the hotel, first right and at the end of the alley. We went there almost every morning for breakfast. We initially booked this room for one night and ended up staying for six. Overall a great place for the price! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Hanoi.
The sheets has a few small stains on them. The shower water gets really hot sometimes.. like burning hot.
The location is great close to everything. And the room has a lot of charm for sure. Hotel was a recently refurbished building.
Got old torn towels with holes in them. Contrary to most reviews the host was a bit too rude towards us. And that's an exception since we met the most kind hosts in Vietnam. Although the hotel was near empty our request for additional 30 minutes to pack bags was refused and the room demanded immediately. Pushy towards making additional sales.
EDIT: Rating reduced from 7; after the owner sent many Whatsapp messages to my private number along with CCTV video of us at the venue. This is weird behavior which I have never witnessed before and a breach of privacy. Stay away from this place. Saw other reviews where guests had been DM'd by the host.
Amazing location, rooms were spacious and clean, and Thomas (the owner) is such a lovely guy! He’s happy to help with anything you need. We actually extended our stay as we loved this hotel so much.
