Great facilities and great staff
Staff were very accommodating, letting us store our luggage before and after check-in. The room was clean, water was provided each day and the location was close to lots of great food spots!

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Location good - attractions all within easy walking distance. Close to the market. Room was amazing - lovely views of the old water tower. Good window insulation - first time in whole of Vietnam .

Thomas and his wife provide excellent boutique rooms in a great location. Tomas is also a guru to get you the best price for activities around Hanoi and Vietnam in general. This is a great hotel!
Super comfy bed and a huge room with small balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of the main junction below. Great location for exploring the city with everything that you need right on your doorstep. Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite being on a junction the sound proofing was great and we slept really really well. Would stay here again.
The building is a heritage building, so a few points needed some attention, but nothing major overall.
