nice deck , location
dirty , shower over huge bath very hard to have shower
A quiet property just off the main road. Everything you needed was within walking distance. Loved the huge balcony
We were informed on the day of arrival that we could not have twin beds as requested. The rooms could do with sprucing up.
Quiet location
Close to the beach
Our room had direct pool access
Beds and pillows comfortable
Great pool, large and clean
Many good restaurants and cafes close by
Restaurant not recommended
I liked the staff . The size of the pool and size of my room but it’s very neglected
It needs maintenance in pool especially broken tiles everywhere . Only one ladder to get in and out , older people need more handles to hold onto to .
Breakfast was excellent, enjoyed the morning ceremony ritual performed by employee from balcony (backside)
Enjoyed our stay
Fantastic pool area
Even gave me extra sate sauce for my nasi goreng
Bathroom was very dated
Lovely rooms and nice pool
Internet very poor
The pool are
Needed to be updated
We zijn hier voor de 5e keer geweest. Altijd een feestje om hier te zijn. Het is een klein paradijsje op een fijne locatie. De bedden liggen heerlijk en je hebt ruime kamers en het personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Older style hotel. Large pool and adequate number of sun beds. Large rooms comfy beds. Upstairs balcony was spacious. Lovely gardens.
Bathroom very dated and for older folk a walk in shower would be better
Location and value for money
Wifi
Location
This is an old Bali style property but comfortable.
Bathrooms need a lift.
Location was great close to cafe restaurants in south sanur
Lovely gardens keeping with the Bali vibe
Pool was great
Rooms too dark. We stayed upstairs which apparently is lighter than underneath
The lamps provided we huge and took up too much room on bedside tables etc
Shower bath was dangerous to get in/out
Careful if you stay ground floor as the traditional Bali front door has a high step over to get in.
No safe in room
Need more umbrellas around pool area
Location, small and intimate
I think the restaurant should be more bali see focussed
pool great
Breakfast, very poor and limited choices
breakfast
The location and the grounds and the pool
The service downstairs in the restaurant. The man that was there wasnt very welcoming.I also tjink they really need to do something about their restaurant.Nobody eats there.
They are lovely bungalows with thick, thatched roofs and the gardens are beautiful. We had an upstairs room, quite private with a nice balcony. The staff were good, they quickly responded when our airconditioner started leaking water - and fixed it.
Regular maintenance has been neglected and tiles need regrouting, stones in paths are missing and need replacing, there is a general griminess and the room just seemed to need a really good scrubbing. The bath is enormous, we didn't want to use that much water so didn't use it. It is a very big step across to get into the shower, not good for elderly people - or not so elderly!
Likewise pool maintenance needed attention, the steps felt really unsafe. The whole pool area needed regrouting.
With limited seating available, there ought to be some system in place to ensure that vacant pool lounge seats cannot be 'reserved' for longer than an hour. Other hotels manage to do this.
Not sure that this was good value for money - it was certainly much dearer than much better accommodation in Legian.
