Cons:

plus de chauffage après le 1e avril... on nous a proposé une chauffage électrique d'appoint
on nous a demandé si ça ne nous dérangeait pas s'il y avait 2-3marches dans la chambre... il y en avait 5-6 pour aller aux toilettes... en pleine nuit, moyen.

Estancia en Mons ideal para el carnaval de Binchen
Pros:

El restaurante, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena nos gusto mucho. La habitacion era muy amplia, con techos altos, aunque la decoracion era un poco peculiar. Estaba limpia y era acogedora.

Cons:

1. La reserva fue cancelada por un problema con Booking y menos mal que aun tenian la habitacion disponible. Hubiera agradecido un mensaje o algo por parte del hotel antes de recibir la cancelacion.
2. El fin de semana de nuestra visita hubo un problema con la calefaccion en todo Mons y cuando llegamos realmente la habitacion estaba helada. Por fortuna, a medianoche consiguieron solucionarlo, porque la unica solucion que nos ofrecieron en recepcion fue cambiarnos a otra habitacion peor, mucho mas ruidosa y pequeña, habiendo pagado la habitacion premium, sin ninguna compensacion economica.
3. El aire acondicionado estaba encendido y hacia bastante ruido cada 15min. No se podia apagar xq la pila del comando estaba gastado, sin embargo, cuando fui a recepcion a pedir una pila o un destornillador, de nuevo lo unico que me ofrecieron fue un cambio a una habitacion peor. Al final logre cambiar las pilas del aire acondicionado por la del mando de TV y lograr asi apagar el ruido del aire acondicionado, pero tuve que hacerlo todo yo misma.
Entiendo que el problema 2. es ajeno al hotel, pero el problema 1. y 3. creo que el personal podia haber sido un poco mas atento.

Een mooi kort verlijf in Bergen
Pros:

Mooi hotel gelegen in het centrum met unieke kamers. Elke kamer heeft een thema. Het oude klooster is in een mooi hotel veranderd met behoud van mooie ornamenten zials glas in lood en sommige betonen structuren.

A Unique Stay Worth Experiencing

Établissement bien placé au cœur de la ville de Mons

Cons:

Coupure de courant ; Internet, qui tourne au ralenti ; petit déjeuner loin d’être à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles ; sauna en panne et j’en passe.. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel.
