Noisy and uncomfortable
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.

On a positive note, the reception staff were professional and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations.

The biggest issue was the complete lack of sound insulation. The room was extremely noisy, and you could literally hear everything happening on the street as if the windows were open. This made it difficult to relax at any time. At night, there was a persistent drilling-like noise coming through the ventilation system. It was loud enough to prevent us from sleeping. We reported the issue, but the staff were unable to identify or resolve the source of the noise.

Additionally, the windows were poorly covered. The curtains only covered about 50% of the window, allowing a significant amount of light to enter the room early in the morning. This made it impossible to get proper rest.

Overall, despite the good reception service, the noise issues and inadequate window coverage made the stay very uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Kurzbesuch in Düsseldorf
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, 2 Flaschen Bier und 2 Flaschen Wasser als Begrüssung inclusive (auf dem Zimmer). Frühstückspreise fanden wir allerdings übertrieben. Ansonsten sehr gutes Hotel !

Cons:

Frühstückspreis war mit 30 EUR pro Person sehr hoch !

Situation géographique

Cons:

les matelas des lits étaient trop mous, nous ne pouvions pas à dormir d'autant plus que le lit était étroit; en plus nous avions une chambre avec 2 marches pas pratique pr qn qui a des problèmes de hanche. Le dimanche matin c'était très difficile au petit déjeuner, ..... il n'y avait pas de petits pains blancs, quand ils sont enfin arrivés ils étaient à moitié cuits, les croissants ne sont jamais arrivés, on attendait une demi-heure. il manquait tout le temps qch soit le yaourt, soit la salade de fruits, soit le jambon .... très décevant pour un hôtel de cette classe

We komen gauw weer terug!
Pros:

Perfecte lokatie in de Altstadt!
Fijn ontvangst en opvang. Gelijk auto kunnen afgeven en uiterst vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen door een “ portier” , was top!
