Disappointment
Cons:

Reception charged the room rate twice. I had to cancel the credit card and had a lot of difficulties. When I went to reception they said it is their mistake but they cancel the transaction. Even without excuse. I asked how I will be sure about the result. They replied don't worry...Every morning between 6 and 8 I am not sure about the source of the noise may be garbage containers wheels or else on the stone basement at the entrance of the hotel, I woke up and could not sleep.

So much potential
Pros:

I left this hotel confused, as it was so hit or miss when it came to how I felt about my stay.

Reception was fantastic and it was clear who you were talking with thanks to name badges that even had flags showing the languages they spoke. Each time I dealt with Reception it was a good experience.

Breakfast was seriously tasty however the service was different each day. For example, some days I would get coffee to the table others I would have to get it myself.

The Hotel has some incredible artwork and I honestly think it was better than many museums I have visited so should be booked out regularly! I think it could be with just a few minor improvements.

Ausser der lagen ist es sehr schlecht vom Service.
Cons:

In der Saune war die Eismaschine nicht an, kein trinkwasser in der Sauna. Die Hausbar schliest um 21.45 obwohl 7 Gäste davor stehen . Sowas geht garnich. schon 5 mal in dem Hotel gewesen. Jetzt langs.

3 star room in a 4 star shell
Pros:

Great location in the Old Town. Valet service for EUR 35 per day is good.

Historical luxury hotel.

Cons:

I thought I got a good price, but we were assigned a small room under the roof in the far corner of the hotel. The desk was too small for working.

The door to the bathroom is light glass and does not provide any sound proofing nor privacy.

No coffee machine.

Lighting is poor.

Cons:

Die Bar hat leider 22Uhr schon geschlossen, wenigstens haben wir noch ein Bier in der Lobby trinken dürfen.
