Ideal für 2 Tage in Düsseldorf
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt und zu K20 Kunstmuseum und dennoch ruhig

Cons:

Habe direkt in Tiefgarage K20 (€ 30/Tag) die 2 Tage geparkt, da trotz Anfrage Parkplatz am Hotel nicht vorab bestätigt wird - Autoschlüssel abgeben und von Hotel ausserhalb parken zu € 35/Tag - danke nein. Das kann ich selbst .

Zum 2. Mal sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Das Parken mit 35,- Euro ist nicht günstig, aber in der Altstadt notwendig

Fabelhaft! MERCI!
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre war einzigartig. Wir hatten das Gefühl, in eine andere Epoche einzutauchen und uns für einen Moment aus dem Alltag zurückzuziehen. Ein Ort voller Charme, Ruhe und besonderer Stimmung.

really unwelcoming unhelpful staff-great location and quite smart hotel
Pros:

The staff were unhelpful bordering on rude. My husband and I are in our 70s and had 3 suitcases. My husband is disabled. We were neither offered help when we arrived nor when we left although there were several members of staff loitering and chatting at reception on both occasions. I had to wait for the check in till they had finished their chat-which was not work related. There were no USB chargers in the entire hotel and the business centre was closed on the weekend-I could not pick up e -mails or deal with our check in for our flight back home-no help offered,
When I reported that there was no water in our room-we had been told there would be 2 bottles, I was told to wait at reception so I could take them upstairs myself.
I asked for advice where to go for dinner-only one option was given and the reception desk did not really manage to give much advice on anything. ( exhibitions etc)
This is not the service we were expecting of a hotel of this ranking.

מלון טוב במיקום מצוין עם צוות נעים ושירותי

מלן יפה, סגנון אומנותי, מיקום מצוין.
מנהלת הקבלה וצוות הקבלה היו מאוד שירותיים ונחמדים עם רצון לעזור בכל מה שניתן.

Cons:

הזמנו חדר ל 3 מבוגרים, קיבלנו חדר אומנם גדול אבל בשתי קומות, כאשק למעלה מיטה זוגית ענקית ולמטה תקועה באיזה חור, מיטת יחיד שמתאימה לילד.... מסתבר שאלה המיטות הנוספות שלהם.
יאמר לזכותם שהם עשו הכל כדי לשפר לנו את ההרגשה והצליחו !

Aus dem Seiteneingang hinaus und man steht mitten im Trubel. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer ruhig.

Cons:

Parkgebühen € 35 und Frühstück auch relativ teuer, ich glaube € 33 pro Person

Hotel mit gehobenem Standart inmitten der Düsseldorfer Stadt, direkt am Rande der Altstadt und am Rhein. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertigen Lebensmittel. Spa und Fitness Bereich vorhanden und in gutem Zustand.
Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten und Betten bequem, Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre für den Preis wünschenswert. Glastüren im Badezimmer sind nicht Jedermanns Sache.

Im Vorfeld wurden 4 Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe gebucht, letztlich waren diese auf 3 verschiedenen Etagen.
