I had a great stay and wish it had been longer.
Pros:

This place is a gem, I loved everything about it. It is an apartment with full kitchen full stove, microwave, full size fridge. Pod coffee machine milk provided. Mini bar for purchasing drinks as well. Small dining area with seating washing machine and dryer. Tissues and hair dryer provided as well as shampoo and conditioner. Comfy bed, heating and cooling. They gave me a lovely downstairs room close to the garden, (I'm old now and have a bit of trouble with stairs). A good place to have coffee or read your book. Cafe and coffee shop right next door. Sth Yarra station and trams a very short walk. Restaurants close by. Spotlessly clean. Every staff member I met was exceptional. I cannot wait to go back.

Great location, great amenities. We will stay again.
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff, fully appointed with everything that we needed. Car parking easy for bigger cars.

Cons:

The seating in the lounge was not very comfortable. I’m glad we did not need the fold out sofa, it was extremely hard.

Comfy and good value for money. Considerate hosts.
Pros:

Clean, easy parking, good location. Had some loud and obnoxious neighbours being loud at 3:30am, and hosts handled it very well. Hosts offered a bottle of wine and chocolates to compensate.

Cons:

Nightbird Hi-Fi bar can be a bit loud next door but always quietened down enough for us to get to sleep. Faucet in bathroom was a little wobbly but easily fixed.

The staff were very cordial & helpful. The stay was very comfortable . I will be booking in the future.
Pros:

The apartment was well laid out with all of the creature comforts. The decor was modern & unique. The staff warmed the room before our arrival which was pleasant. Opposite the apartment is an open aired public carpark which is suitable for oversized vehicles.

Cons:

Whilst there is no lift I don’t consider it a dislike only that the option is not available.
