Pros:

Eine schöne, saubere Hotel Anlage mit schönen Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist ist Buffetform, ansonsten gibt es gute Küche im Restaurant. Der Pool ist sauber und schön. Wir als Familie haben den kurzen Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise genossen.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war mehr mit dem eigenen Handy beschäftigt, als einen Blick auf das Buffet zu werfen. So entstanden oft Wartezeiten bei Kaffee, Obst und Rührei.

Atende relativamente bem para uma estadia curta
Pros:

Localização excelente. A área externa é um grande destaque, com muito espaço, bastante verde e um ambiente agradável. As piscinas são boas e bem cuidadas.
O atendimento é excelente, sempre atencioso e prestativo, e tudo estava muito limpo durante a estadia.
Um diferencial importante é o serviço de transfer até a praia de Carrillo (que, inclusive, é muito melhor que Sámara), com suporte no local incluindo chuveiro, banheiro e cadeiras de praia, o que faz bastante diferença na experiência.

Cons:

O quarto é antigo e precisa urgentemente de reforma. As janelas não tinham vedação adequada. As mantas estavam gastas e manchadas, e o chuveiro espalhava água para todos os lados. Havia fios com conexões expostas no quarto, o que gera preocupação em relação à segurança. As toalhas disponibilizadas para uso na piscina e na praia também poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Além disso, o café da manhã é bastante fraco, abaixo do esperado para o padrão geral do hotel.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel , reception very helpful
Great rooms. Swimming pool is lovely . Very nice breakfast room and breakfast was great
Hotel is a little isolated but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach . There is also a local bus which you can take to Samara
Hotel supplies timetable for the shuttle bus and the service bus
They also have some trip suggestions which is useful

Mooi verblijf in de buurt van Samara
Pros:

Mooie kamer, leuk zwembad met een barretje. Lekker buffet ontbijt in de ochtend, we hebben een avond mee gegeten, goede keuken maar vrij prijzige gerechten. Het ligt boven aan een berg op 5 autominuten van het strand (er gaat ook een gratis shuffle) en 15 minuten van Samara, dit vonden we een leuk levendig stadje met voldoende restaurant keuze.

Cons:

Er stond bij de omschrijving dat er een balkon bij de kamer was maar dit is een frans balkon van 20cm diep. Er waren ook andere kamers die wel balkons hadden of een tuintje, jammer dat dit niet duidelijk omschreven was.
Er stond een koffieautomaat maar de koffie werd niet bijgevuld tijdens het verblijf.

Superbe hôtel
Pros:

Bien organisé,accueillant, hotel très propre, j ai apprécié la navette pour aller à la plage de Carillo avec chaises disponibles sur place

Cons:

Grande chambre, mais il n y a rien pour déposer sa valise. Au restaurant, les prix sont élevé pour la qualité et quantité.

Bonito hotel dentro la Naturaleza.
Pros:

Bien mantenido, areas verdes cuidadas, recepcionista amable, rico desayuno, decoración agradable, la terraza, baño amplio y que en la playa el hotel ofresca sillas y un baño portatil. Muy comodo.

Cons:

Que el personal de limpieza no deje los envades vacios del champu y gel en el baño sin remplazarlos al dia sgte

Al igual para 4 personas habían dejado solo 1 champu y 1 gel. 1 papel higienico .Para 2 dias x 4 paxs.

Hotel without coffee or tea in rooms
Pros:

The one big issue is No tea or coffee in the room, although rooms have a coffee machine and cups. Pathetic, otherwise very good byut the coffee issue ruins the experience, especially as it is marketed as a upmarket boutique hotel.

Toller Aufenthalt in unmittelbarer zum Traumstrand Carillo.
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Die Hotelküche ist phänomenal und das Personal zuvorkommend. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr familienfreundlich. Es gibt Shuttle Busse zum Strand und das Hotel mit lokalen Anbietern für Touren zusammen. Wir haben unter anderem Delfine sehen können.

Belle piscine
Pros:

Très belle et grande piscine, une navette est disponible pour la plage Carrillo (que nous n'avons pas utilisée car nous avions notre voiture) qui est très belle avec une mer à 29°, la clim' dans la chambre a été appréciée vu la chaleur (33°)

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite (pour 4) sans balcon, devoir prendre la voiture pour toute activité car hôtel un peu à l'écart

Great for families with toddlers

I have a toddler and this resort was perfect for her! The pools and playground make the resort super family friendly and she had a blast swimming.
