Schrecklich wie herunter gekommen das Hotel innerhalb 1 Jahres ist. Alles kaputt. Service hat stark nachgelassen

Gute Lage

Das Hotel ist für kurze Aufenthalte optimal.Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist kann man direkt 60 m entfernt parken aber 1Tag kostet 700 lira .Sonst war alles ok

A nice hotel. Friendly staff. I was just unlucky with the room by the elevator. No window. Always too warm. OK for one night, but a bit problematic for three nights. I skipped breakfast twice due to lack of sleep. What a pity!

The breakfast was basic but ok.
Hotel lift is very small, just about fits four people at one time.
Staff were very good and answered any queries I had.
A big thank you to Amin, unfortunately I had a very serious accident and Amin showed sympathy and compassion and also took me to the hospital to get checked out.
Excellent central location close to Sultehament square and Bosphorus River.

Omgeving was prima, winkels, restaurants en OV was op loopafstand. Personeel was vriendelijk.
Ontbijt was matig. Heleboel dingen op, niet opnieuw geserveerd. In de kamer was de verwarming aan, kon niet uitgezet worden, veel te warm. Airco steeds aangezet, bediening was lastig. Kamer was erg gehorig en er werd niks tegen het rookverbod gedaan, alle sigarettengeur van de bovenste kamer kwam bij ons naar binnen.

Es war sehr schön dort . Und sehr zentral kann ich nur weiter empfehlen . :)

Everything was dirty and the property is very old. Water is not clean. The smell is very bad! I don’t recommend at all.

Für den Preis kann man definitiv nicht meckern. Zum schlafen und duschen reicht es vollkommen aus

El estado del hotel era terrible. Olía super mal, y la cocina sólo de verla por fuera daba miedo comer allí. Preferimos pagar la penalidad (que luego nos dimos cuenta que nos cobraron demás) antes que quedarnos una sola noche en ese lugar. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

The staff could be more friendly. Felt like they didnt want to be there. So why would someone else want to be there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel during my visit to Istanbul, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff (Amin) went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was impeccable. The hotel's location is simply perfect – situated in the heart of Istanbul, with easy access to all the major attractions and vibrant neighborhoods. One of the standout features of this hotel is the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offers a delectable array of dishes that showcase the rich flavors of Turkish cuisine. Each meal was a delightful journey for the senses, and the attentive service added to the overall dining pleasure.

Very bad hotel if you see buy you ice, never never trust this people I give you zero point

Das Hotel ist sehr schmutzig und die Zimmer sind kleiner als auf den Fotos außer der Lage ist da nicht schön!

Zu aller erst uns hat an sich nichts gefallen! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, über das Bad brauche ich nichts zu schreiben, grauenhaft, duschen am besten nur mit Latschen und anschließend steht das bad unter Wasser, die Lüftung hat gar nicht funktioniert, Sauberkeit wurde ganz klein geschrieben, überall lagen noch fussel oder haare, sehr altmodisch eingerichtet und furchtbar klein war der raum in dem wir uns aufgehalten haben, die Aussicht auf die Stadt, war eher eine Aussicht auf die Klimaanlagen Lüftungsgitter, wir sind einfach sprachlos, dazu kommt noch das ich kleine Tierchen im zimmer rumlaufen sehen habe...einfach nur grauenhaft, ich weiss nun wirklich nicht was daran 4 Sterne sind, wir haben was gebucht, was wirklich ansprechend aussah und das komplette Gegenteil bekommen, auch beim Frühstücksbuffet unappetitlich, gar nicht wie auf den bildern, also leider war das Hotel ein reinfall.
