Комфортний готель із чудовим сервісом та дуже зручним розташуванням
Pros:

Зручне розташування, привітний та уважний персонал, хороше обслуговування, смачні сніданки і приємна атмосфера.

Окремо хочеться відзначити адміністратора Toghrul ☺️
Дуже привітний, уважний та професійний, завжди готовий допомогти і зробити перебування ще комфортнішим ☺️

Загалом все було дуже комфортно, чисто та затишно.

Poziția locației si personalul ok, faptul ca aveam restaurant la parter.

Cons:

Experiență dezamăgitoare.

Camerele nu arată ca în pozele prezentate, ceea ce creează așteptări complet diferite față de realitate. Lenjeriile și prosoapele erau uzate, unele chiar deteriorate, ceea ce nu este acceptabil.

Băile lasă mult de dorit din punct de vedere al curățeniei și întreținerii.

Micul dejun a fost slab calitativ. Nu sunt o persoană pretențioasă la mâncare, dar nivelul oferit a fost sub orice așteptare.

Per total, raportul calitate–preț este foarte slab.

Personalet var FANTASTIIIISK… allesammen!

Cons:

Rengøringen var slet ikke i orden. Tit kom de og red sengen, med samme betræk som var helst beskidt (vi har to små børn) der var ik vasket gulv/eller fejet, og toilet beskidt og der kom tissemyre ud af et random hul. Både i vores værelse og i min forældres værelse hvor der tit var tissemyre på sengen.

Pros:

Uljudnost, usluznost osoblja. Svaki dan se cistila soba, donosili novu vodu, caj, case. S obzirom na cijenu, usluga i prostorije odlicni. Veliko kupatilo. Za dorucak je bilo dosta izbora hrane. Definitivno favorit kiflice i peciva. Lokacija pun pogodak. Odmah kraj hotela nekih 200m stanica Marmaraya, blizu u tramvajska stanica i sve znamenitosti na pjeske udaljenosti.

Great value for money for short stay in Istanbul, dont look further.
Pros:

Location is great, overall value for money is perfect. I was in two other hotels in the area and this one had the best value for money. Clean, comfy beds, good breakfast and everything you need. Would definitely stay again here. Don t look further for the price best option .

everything was good. but make sure you get a nice room with a view
