Pros:

never got into room,,office closed at7pm when i arrived phone no on door ,,rang many times before lady answered ..told i had 2 nite booking paid she said hotel full n hung up.
tried to call back but no answer

stay well away from this hotel'''''''''''''''' had to go to another hotel n pay again. not happy jan'''''''

Nice huge room
Pros:

Very nice experience. For such a low price you get huge room, huge bed, very strong hot water pressure on shower, big FRIDGE, very quiet area, good enough internet. The only down side : far away from Kuta & Legian beach area. But it's just 20,000 rupiah by motor bike transport. I rent the bike whole day for 60000 rupiah.

Hotel Cityzen Kuta : 1.Mengenai Fasilitas, Pelayanan, dan Kebersihan-nya bagi saya cukup sempurna dan layak / bisa di rekomendasikan untuk teman-teman atau keluarga yang membaca ulasan saya ini dan anda bisa membuktikannya sendiri setelah tiba dan melihat kondisi hotel di tempatnya langsung. 2.Untuk Fasilitas Hotel : perlu beberapa masukan seperti : Tempat Gantung Pakaian dan Jemuran Pakaian, Petunjuk Arah Kiblat sholat (bagi umat muslim), Petunjuk Privasi Konsumen yang terdapat pada Handle Pintu masuk Kamar. 3. Saran buat petugas kebersihan dan kerapian : sebaiknya hati-hati dalam membersihkan kotoran atau sampah yang terdapat di atas meja, karena waktu itu ada kemasan plastik kemasan paper yang saya lipat dan taruh di atas meja dan mau saya pakai lagi, ikut terbuang. untungnya tidak begitu penting dan berharga. 4. Lokasi atau Denah : Diperlukan tambahan petunjuk, baik informasi jalan berupa tulisan yang agak besar atau papan arah 2 sisi yang berada di jalan raya. 5. Optional : Tambahkan sedikit fasilitas jualan minuman atau makanan di gazebo depan ruang kantor front office, dan apabila memungkinkan buat kolam ikan untuk kenyamanan konsumen pada saat santai atau duduk di halaman Hotel. 6. Keamanan : Tambahkan CCTV buat membantu apabila ada tindakan kriminal yang telah terjadi. Sementara itu dulu kesan dan saran saya selama menginap di Hotel ini, semoga bisa membantu dan bermanfaat bagi konsumen hotel yang membutuhkan kenyamanan. Thanks

Spacious room
Pros:

Just a perfect place to work/resting for my business trip. Unlike other hotel room, this place is spacious for you to put many things inside the room. Still new, so you can still smell the paint drying :D
