Pros:

Under new management it says. Lobby is very nice! Looks brand new! Some carpets in the hotel need replacing and a few fixtures like lamps need upgrading but rooms are big. DVD's available, breakfast was great except for cheap plastic cutlery. I found bed mattress too hard fur my liking. Bonus 10% off at BP's next door!

It isn't in the midst of everything but there is a Boston Pizza with 10% off for guests. The staff was friendly and the room clean and comfortable with kitchenette.

Shower was awesome!

Cons:

The fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress, the room was musky and smelled like smoke, the carpet was wrinkled and old, the furniture was old and dusty, the cutlery was strewn on a shelf, the pop machine looked like it had been broken into with an axe and had been that way for months, the key didn't work in the door, the maid left dirty bits in the room after tidying up, the parking lot was always filled with rig trucks that parked half a car width away from each other so there was never any parking, the parking lots had big dips and potholes that would try to rip the bumper off of your car. Just off the top of my head.

Cons:

Not sure why this hotel has a high rating.
Over 2 nights, i heard multiple people having to ask for more towels. We needed more towels and received old miss matched towels
Only decaf coffee in the bedroom and the inside of the coffee machine was dusty and dirty
Fridge wasnt cleaned out - old used water in there
Shower curtain had holes in it

Pros:

I have the property a 4 star because the keys we were given didn’t work and instead of rekeying the cards we had to use an actual key attached to a card to get into our room. Just not convenient. After supper tried watching TV but not much of a selection of channels but we could have rented DVD’s from the lobbie. No Netflix or Prime. The breakfast however was very good with lots of choices to eat.

Decent facility at a fair price. Would stay here again.
Pros:

It was close ish to where we were going to a wedding.

Cons:

The room was non smoking but we could still smell cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. Also, it was a bit weird not having a sink in the bathroom.

The front desk lady Amber went above and beyond. Very accommodating and chatty and exceptional customer service. The hotel was pleasant and appealing. Comfy beds and clean .
