Important information:

1. Our transit hotel caters exclusively to guests on international departure or transit to international destination flights from KLIA Terminal 2.
2. If arriving on an international flight at KLIA Terminal 2, please do not clear immigration and head directly to our hotel within the Satellite Building, conveniently located near the cafes and fast foods.
3. Ensure your baggage is checked through to your final destination upon check-in, as the baggage claim area is after customs and immigration.
4. Staying with us means you won't have access to your checked-in luggage.
5. KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2 are not interconnected. For guests connecting from KLIA Terminal 1 to KLIA Terminal 2, exit immigration and take the KLIA Express Train (train operation from start from 0500 and end at 0100). Alternatively, to opt for Airport Taxi or Grab to Terminal 2. Ensure your luggage is checked in at Level 3, go through immigration, present your flight boarding pass, and access the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 2.
6. Guests arriving from an international flight and transferring to a domestic flight at KLIA Terminal 2 are required to clear immigration. Therefore, you are not able to stay at our hotel.
7. For departing guests at KLIA Terminal 2, airline counters typically open about 3 hours before departure. Entry to airside to access our hotel is only permitted if your airline offers early check-in.
8. Please ensure you have your boarding pass for the next flight ready upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed! Check in was a breeze. Little extras like coffee and tea provided was a lovely touch. Right in front of the food court and kids playground, but very quiet inside. Receptionist was really friendly.

A PERFECT place to rest between flights.
Pros:

Arrival was seamless and the room was perfect. Nice mattess and good quality bedding. Good lighting and air-conditioning. Just the right number of accessories...bathroom, tea, coffee, water. And there was no perfume which was very very nice.

Location, facilities and staff were great
Pros:

We actually stayed at Sama Sama Express terminal 1 (we had booked wrong terminal). We were very happy with the facilities as we expected them to be more basic for an airside hotel. Staff were very helpful changing our reservation.

Pros:

room was clean and quiet. it was well appointed.

The hotel was very hard to find and it was very confusing as to whether we had to clear immigration or not. The check in also took a while

Amazing stay would stay again
Pros:

The convenience especially with a young family and elderly mother needing wheelchair assistance. The lovely lady who checked us in, was amazing as I had accidentally booked the hotel in the other terminal to which we were in and for a family who were already overtired she didn’t make a big deal and kindly transferred our booking which I was extremely grateful for. I would absolutely stay again, bed was so comfy everyone including my 3 year old had a nice nap before boarding our long flight home, we showered and made way to the gate in time to jump on the plan and head home, only downfall was I would of booked in earlier but will know for next time.
