Important information:

1. Our transit hotel caters exclusively to guests on international departure or transit to international destination flights from KLIA Terminal 2.
2. If arriving on an international flight at KLIA Terminal 2, please do not clear immigration and head directly to our hotel within the Satellite Building, conveniently located near the cafes and fast foods.
3. Ensure your baggage is checked through to your final destination upon check-in, as the baggage claim area is after customs and immigration.
4. Staying with us means you won't have access to your checked-in luggage.
5. KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2 are not interconnected. For guests connecting from KLIA Terminal 1 to KLIA Terminal 2, exit immigration and take the KLIA Express Train (train operation from start from 0500 and end at 0100). Alternatively, to opt for Airport Taxi or Grab to Terminal 2. Ensure your luggage is checked in at Level 3, go through immigration, present your flight boarding pass, and access the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 2.
6. Guests arriving from an international flight and transferring to a domestic flight at KLIA Terminal 2 are required to clear immigration. Therefore, you are not able to stay at our hotel.
7. For departing guests at KLIA Terminal 2, airline counters typically open about 3 hours before departure. Entry to airside to access our hotel is only permitted if your airline offers early check-in.
8. Please ensure you have your boarding pass for the next flight ready upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Accueil déplorable
Pros:

Pratique. Dans le terminal en cas de transit long vous pouvez vous reposer. Chambre sans fenêtres, draps propres mais moquette sale. Rend service mais ne fait pas rêver

Cons:

À notre arrivée à 5h du matin personne à la réception. La personne est arrivée 20mn après de manière très nonchalante sans s’excuser. Quand on se paie un confort de rester quelques heures dans un hôtel de transit c’est inadmissible.

Overall experience was excellent.
Pros:

Travel can be about convenience, Being close to your favourite eating places, check in/out counters other convenient shopping but more so being close to my departure gate. We loved how the hotel was avaiable 24/7. Our first point of contact the lovely reception staff who make a real difference with their exceptional customer service knowledge.

Cons:

Walking from my arrival gate to Hotel, was very very far.
