Noi Borde Loa

Sometimes when you travel internationally, to a remote location, you never know what you’re going to get; however we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff went above and beyond helping us with various questions. A big shout out to Roberto, who went with me to get a tire repaired!!

We were in need of catering and they came thru for us on that as well!

The rooms are very comfortable and the entire place is really beautiful and secure.

Location is about 10 min from the airport; however not within walking distance to much. That was fine by us, because it was an oasis at the end of the day!

La estadía en Borde Noi ha sido súper buena. Pieza bonita, amplia, totalmente equipada, baño en condiciones excelente de limpieza. El calefactor que había no abrigaba lo que esperábamos, y eso que estaba al máximo, pero es un detalle.

es segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y siempre es un agrado todo siempre impecable.
es la mejor opción en Calama.

En gral una estadía buena. Un gran desayuno y muy buen restaurant.
En el baño se ven muchos azulejos quebrados, algunos pelos y falta prolijidad en el sarro q se acumula en la ducha

Me llamaron una hora antes de mi llegada para decirme q no habia habitación. No puede quedarme y se me arruinó el fin de de semana. Esto ocurrió este Sabajo 19/12/2020

Zimmer, sowie Betten waren sehr gut. Auch das Bad erfüllt alle Anforderungen.

Fantastic base in Calama

Very friendly stuff. Due to a bank holiday no restaurant was open in the evening, so they prepared sandwiches for us. Very near to the airport.

I stayed here when transferring to Calama airport. The on-site restaurant was closed then. However, the front desk was so nice to find a delivery which was amazingly delicious! The front desk even helped to get a cab and communicate with the cab driver to take me downtown to run some errands, which was extremely helpful for someone who did not speak Spanish.

The room was clean and comfortable. A true oasis!

The location is not very convenient. Staffs don't speak much English but were helpful. Room service the Cesar salad was surprisingly way too salty as Chilean food are quite blend.
Reception promised to call taxi to airport was 5000 pesos ended up driver asked for 7000 pesos.

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and good size with a nice sofa and lovely comfy bed. The staff were very helpful. Although the resuarant is pricey rooms service is good and cheaper.
The downside for the night (a Saturday) I stayed was the loud music that made it impossible to sleep until it finished at around 2am.

Lindo lugar, muy limpio y el servicio de desayuno excelente. Totalmente recomendable para una noche en pareja.

El hotel en general bien cumple las expectativas sobre todo descanso, personal muy amable, desayuno excelente uno de los mejores pero solo con pan de molde eso seria un aporte a mejorar

El hotel muy agradable con un toque rustico de norte altiplano, desayuno no fue buffet todos los días pero igual ha sido uno de los mejores desayunos de hoteles que me ha tocado disfrutar, personal muy amable.

The service at the front desk was exceptional. I arrived when the restaurant in the hotel was closed. But the front desk not only ordered delivery for me (as I don't speak Spanish) but also get me plates, utensils, and cups to enjoy my food and drinks.

Great-quiet. Disappointed restaurant was closed as we enjoyed meal a few days earlier when we stayed here.

Loved it! So quiet. The bedding is luxurious. Slept so well. Amenities in nice bath included razors and toothbrushes! Dinner was delicious. Breakfast buffet was ample. Would stay again!
